If I'm running in the 2000s with estrogen in the 40s and 50s does that feel more in line with not having to be too concerned about it, from your perspective?

Where would you like to see estrogen at with this test level? Is there a ratio to test you look for? I've always been of the mindset that running estrogen on the higher side is heathier...cardioprotective, helps with building muscle, etc. My understanding is lower estrogen will help with looking a bit more trimmed up among other things.

I'm open to any insight or feedback for sure as I'm not super knowledgeable in all this and learning more as I go along.

As for the HGH feels, kind of hard for me to tell. Maybe a bit tired in the afternoon after working out in the AM and then work but that's been happening for a while, definitely before HGH and I can't tell if it added to that. I pin 4 IUs at night.

I feel best when mine is around 20:1 to 30:1 test to e2. Not a true ratio because they are different units of measure on the blood test but number for number it’s a rough guide. Typically use 2:1 test to primo on trt dosages. Usually puts me somewhere between 20-35 e2 with 750-850 test. I’m curious to see if anyone has feedback on primal primo in this regard.

I'm embarrassed seeing (what I assume are) grown men acting this way.
