How's the pricing gonna change with new hardware? Won't feel right if prices aren't high enough to cover cost and appropriate margin on improvements. Glad you are improving inspection/SOPs to match new quality caps/stoppers.
Or people are free to always add more on their orders. I get it.
New hardware raises our unit cost a bit, but our plan is to eat most of it. Goal stays the same. Best price on the board with the highest quality so all the boys are covered.
If we do make any price changes, they’ll be minor and announced in advance. We’re playing it by ear for now and want to hear what the community thinks first.

Thanks for sharing the plan. What was your team's thoughts on the butyl rubber stopper issue? Manufacturing defect? Poor quality / defect from medlabsupply? Seems to be very sporadic and butyl rubber should have decent chem resistance to gear matrix (MCT/BA/BB). Really glad you are changing those vial caps.
Honestly can’t say for sure. Could be stopper lot variability or just a random defect here and there. That’s why we’re switching fully to West NovaPure stoppers and caps and to eliminate as many unknowns as possible moving forward!
Will post a picture of a finished vial tomorrow so you will know if you got the new stoppers and caps moving forward.

Sale prices not showing up in cart for Test U or Test P. Also, at checkout, I'm seeing a random person's email, name and address which is really not cool as someone else could be seeing my personal info. Makes you understand why people prefer email only ordering, and refuse to use websites. Definitely a security compromise.
