You can use the medical dosing guides you can find online for rough ideas. Start low and go slow. If she feels a dose is working you can stay there for as long as you need.

Honestly everyone will tell you different. I aim for a month or less for glp-1's if the dosage works that way. I have used a larger dosed vial for longer and personally felt no decline in potency but I have no testing or data to back that claim up.

Pharma can be stored up to 150d at room temperature and 300d in the fridge, after being reconstituted, for both Tirz and Sema.

Harm Reduction was a joke title for a limited batch. If you don't have it already, it's irrelevant, as it won't be coming back in stock.

The raws shortages changed a lot of plans, but I assumed the experiment ending in a hilarious, quiet "meh" put an end to it. That said, once raws are back, I'm sure @Primal_Pharma would bend over backwards to make anything we want, if there's enough demand.
