Preworkout

i just started a test, tren, mast cycle. Looking for a good preworkout that won't make me jittery and doesn't make me crash. Just good energy throughout my workout. Suggestions?
 
Maybe just some caffiene or a caffiene pill. That may be too much. On that cycle you shouldnt need anything. If you take anything it will most likely skyrocket your BP.

Food. Nothing improves my training more than food. Carbs, protein, some fats and more carbs. A heavy shake an hour before with oatmeal, protein, orange juice, fish oil, coconut oil and maybe some peanut butter. Fuck that preworkout garbage.
 
I get addicted to that shit fast. I would drink it in the morning to wake up and again before my workout. That stuff is no good. I stay away from it now.

Same with me. I used to drink the old no explode 3 x a day... 3 scoops per serving. That's 2250 mg a caffeine a fucking day and even that stopped working. I started getting splitting headaches and backed off it entirely.

It wasn't easy for me to come off it. I had to switch to a lot of coffee first.
 
There was a kid (kid to me because im 34, he was late teens to early 20s) in my ASAP group for preworkout. At first I thought it was funny, or a joke. But he was on it like crazy. Jittery all the time. Came into work one day off too many scoops and they thought he was tweeking. He ended up in a psych ward for eval, then ordered to group.
 
And for sum reason it would make me want to chase down a horse and have my way with it! A gram of test and then a stimulant way to horned out messes up my
Workouts cant focus
 
I'm running eq to and I swear it helps with thst I guess the greater blood flow. Cuz I pop a tent just from a stiff breeze man.
