Preserving youthfulness while on cycle

We know that supraphysiological levels of testosterone (500mg+) can age you (visually).
We know that this is caused by a combination of increased DHT and estrogen.
However, what if you added a DHT blocker such as dutasteride and an AI to minimize or stabilize these levels to what you had before starting?
Wouldn’t that theoretically eliminate the aging effects and help preserve your youthfulness while increasing muscle mass?

Correct in theory but it’s up to the next generation to prove it.

Giving a shit about “collagen” is a phenomenon of the last couple years. At best in the past guys were taking efforts to prevent hair loss on cycle (and the minority at that tbh) so it’s really uncharted territory.

Outside of normal supplements for health I recently started to use glutathione now to work on the oxidation, and so on. It seems to be making a solid difference. My wife can tell quickly after starting it that my skin started looking much healthier, and wanted to know if she could do it to lmao

Lifestyle stuff probably helps too, eating healthy, 8-10k+ steps. 30 minutes cardio 5x per week minimum. Not drinking or smoking, trying to get proper rest, and manage stress.

I picked up a kit of Glutathione and I've been wanting to start this. What's your dose, and are you injecting IM or subq? Was planning on it for liver support on orals but haven't really considered it for overall health.

I’ve found that mast can make you look a bit rough, especially if you’re prone to mpb. though it really depends on the dose. I’ve run it as a trt add on at 100mg for nearly a year, and I’ve also gone up to 700mg in the past.

Right now, I’m on 4iu hgh, 250mg test, 40mg tbol, and 1mg finasteride, and I’m noticing a big improvement overall. I actually look a lot more youthful.

AFAIK it can either be IM or IV, so I just do IM. Right now I just do 1-200 per week. This makes a clear difference but isn’t a pain. After surgery I’ve gone as high as 600 per day for reduction of inflammation but the bolus is miserable .

I hear guys talking about not having to wait a month or more between orals because of glutathione and I'm wondering how much truth there is to this. I read a couple reports saying gluta makes their liver bounce back to normal numbers in a few days

Androgens are what cause a more aged look ,androgen looking-face. I use finasteride for dht lowering and definitely keep my face not as androgen or tough looking as ut would if I didn’t use a 5 at inhibition

Deca and low dose dbol dont cause an androgen look

When I was 20, chicks thought I was 30 (never corrected them)

Now I'm almost 40, I look like I'm almost 40.

I would change nothing

Same here. Some wrinkles in my face currently but i know a lot of women that like a masculine face with some wrinkles while others usually the younger ones prefer baby-face.

If i could change anything is not how my face has aged but how my hair started falling, years before i got on gear, but it is what it is.

I have a big ugly scar on my lower jaw that effects my smile, a bender of a broken nose and my brother said I have resting asshole face. So I keep a beard always. Never had any issues with anyone, I guess I'm just so awesome in all other departments that my ugly head gets looked past?

Does juicing really age your face? If so wouldn’t all the bodybuilders on stage look old? Idk, if it does it’s probably very minimal at best.

Looking to incorporate low dose mast. What was your experience on 100mg per week?
