Can a prenuptial agreement be made that stipulates...?

1) If you, wife to be, gain a total of 30lbs at any time, excluding pregnancy, during this marriage, it is to be made null and void and you DON'T GET ANY OF MY SHIT!

2) If you, wife to be, in accordance with your nefarious plans, cease to provide oral sex at a minimum of every other time intercourse is initiated, then the marriage is made null and void and you DON'T GET ANY OF MY SHIT!

So, can I do that?

you can do whatever she's willing to sign, be careful with the wording though, some juudges aqre prudish.

any one can sign a court agreement with may different terms...this is a civil issue..but the practicallity of may have some problem during a court dispute..if two people sign a court agreement and agree to be bound by those terms, is is a civil problem and will only be heard in a civil court of law......g
