Pregnenolone and Flax Seed

Hey guys I found some Flax Seed capsules and some Pregnenolone in my cupboard that I must have ordered a while back and hadn't used and was wondering if any of you bro's take these supplements?I have no fucking clue what Pregnenolone is, thanks for any responses.Thanks...By the way how effective are they, and what are their purposes.

I don't know how effective it really is, but I've heard it can be beneficial.

And do you mean flax seed oil caps? I don't like flax oil - cod liver oil is a far superior supplemental oil.

Pregnenolone must be used transdermally. Oral ingestion simply doesn't work, so if it's capsules/gelcaps, throw them in the garbage. And don't use flax oil capsules--use the straight oil and only Barlean's. Flax Oil is King. (Sorry Frosty )
