Can you show me the rule where it states can’t made multiple threads in a day?
 
A lot of PWO has the amino acid beta-alanine which causes the tingling and or itching sensation. Sometimes niacin will do this also but I don’t think many PWOs have niacin.

Look for ones that do not contain that ingredient.

Transparent Labs Pump
Jacked Factory Pump

I personally do not mind the tingling.

Things like test suspension and TNE should be taken sparingly as PWO. Especially if you are already taking test e/c/p etc. Fun to play with occasionally but can result in spikes to BP and E2.

Yeah , I’m not gonna do that! I’m not looking to compete!

I'm just looking to optimise a 14 week lean bull plan, to squeeze every ounce of possible keepable gains out!
