Pre workout meal?

My go-to first meal of the day(which makes it my pwo meal too) is .75 pounds of fat free cottage cheese and a decent size slice of pineapple.

But I’ve been cutting....if I was bulking I would probably have that plus a bowl of oatmeal or cream of wheat
 
My favorites are Banana, Greek yogurt, peanut butter toast, rice in-some scrabbled eggs, low sodium cold-cuts or a protein shake. I also like those Kodak protein pancakes in a cup, ready in under two minutes and pretty tasty.
 
My go too is usually 1.5scoops salted caramel protein powder, 2 cups Cheerios, a banana and a Tbls of Rx brand peanut butter about an hour preworkout.
