B. Diddy and West are right about the speed. Don't take too much and over amp, though. Start with just a little caffeine and access your tolerance. I usually just drink a few cups of coffee, unless I'm trying to cut up, then I go for ephedrine/caffeine like B. Diddy described or drink a Ripped Force Extreme.
I would also suggest skipping the pre-workout creatine unless it's sublingual creatine. If you're loading take 10g w/ at least 40g of simple sugar immeadiately after working out. Take 10g some other time that day with a protein shake. I work out in the mornings, take the creatine w/ sugar, then I take the other 10g in the late after noon w/ protein so the doses are spaced out more. If your not loading just take 10g after working out (w/ the simple sugar, of course).
