Pre Work Out

Caffeine and a whole foods meal. I did the pre-WO supp thing years ago and within 2 weeks the energy boosts were non-existent, so there didn't seem to be any point in blowing any more dosh.
 
I personally like Dust V2 from Blackstone Labs. Black lemonade tastes great and the focus and energy is second to none!
 
MesoMorph is really good if you like the high stim stuff. I forget who makes it. It still has dmaa and a pretty heavy stim profile. Decent pump profile too.
 
A handful of d-bol and a cup of coffee lol !!! Insane labs , psychotic pre and insane veins for pump awesome!!!
 
Never thought of it for pre work out, but it does make sense. Some of my best study sessions were on Ritialin. You stay focused and have energy. You know what I will be looking for tomorrow.
Its a tough substance to find... I can be done tho. Be gentle too much is counter productive. And make a promise to yourself that you only get one a day!
 
Ritalin is hella bad for you though I wouldn't want to take that 5x a week just to workout. Recently I've hit all new PRS off just one hit of weed, and a preworkout. Drink your pre, take a snap of weed about 10-15min later then hit the gym. My focus is crazy! Especially with music. But for just preworkout, I really like MuscleTechs Black Onyx Shatter, because of the peak ATP in it, Ion by Performix if you want longer lasting sustained energy, or MuscleTechs GAKIC for a pump no stim, only downside to this one is it's pills instead of powder, but it works well.
 
Used to burn before gym and thought I was upping my weight. Finally stopped 7 months ago and increased my deadlift by 70 lbs, making it 310 lbs. I feel a lot better sober and lifting. It's increasing every leg day not using aas. But my first cycle is coming up, hoping to increase much more.
Right now Nutrabio Creatine and Nutrabio BCAA 5g, also a cup of tea, idk why it make's me feel mad good.
Nutrabio has no added extra/other ingredients honestly. Only brand I know of, that doesn't add crap like xanthium gum and etc.

I'm with you on occassionally getting a lite bake, getting the right music and being in a very good mental space to focus on only on thing...moving heavy shit!
