Working on getting hard and lean right now and I have taking some potassium supps. An individual on one of the boards recommended 4,000 mg a day of potassium. I have a bottle of 90mg of potassium pills. That's 45 pills a damn day. This can't be right. Just wondering how you guys run it? they say with the injected form if you take to much your heart can stop. Just want to make sure I have cycling it right. I am also taking vit c, e, iron, folic acid, selenium, flax seed oil, chromium, b complex, calcium.
