Post-Workout Drinks?

What are some thoughts on the best Post-Workout drink available?? Lately I have been taking a pre-mixed drink called Mass Recovery and in the past I have used Myoplex Mass Post-Workout. Any feedback on Biotests Surge?? And I think that VPX has a Post-Workout product as well.

Thats exactly what I do, whey protein and dextrose @ a 2:1 ratio carbs to protein. Also is a good time to add creatine if using it. I use ALA for the PPWO meal.

I read the ideal ratio is 3:1 but anyway that's a good post workout sup at 2:1 or 3:1.
