Post prison Tren/test cycle

As the title implies I’ve been away awhile. Lost damn near all my gains. Dropped from 235 to 175 on a heavy morning.

Got realeased mid August. Hoped on 700 test c and 400 tren a weekly. Been growing like my first cycle. Sitting at 204 currently.

Training

Mondays- arms, back, and shoulders

Tuesdays- legs, core, grip strength

Wednesdays- rest

Thursdays- arms, back, and shoulders

Fridays- legs, core, grip strength

Saturdays- speed and endurance

Sundays - fasted active rest

Added in 25mg winstrol daily to finish out my 16 weeks. Considering bumping the tren to 600 next week as well.

Missed being on here and glad to be back. Added a few photos from my first week out on a little trip with my girl and a few from this week. God willing I’ll be pushing 210 again by mid December.

Thanks, appreciate that. No trt while in. Shrunk down pretty good despite training like a mad man.

Life’s been a touch busy but I’m going to drop some more updates on this log shortly.

if i could give one tip is focus more on compound lifts since you just got out.

especially since you've not been training long and for beginners generally and people on steroids. pre exhaust with 1-2 excerises isolation then compound lifts then rest isolation again. compound strength just increases so fast and converts into isolation strength. easy way to add 20-30kg to your lifts in the next 6 months.

training as a big guy 235+ vs 175 is just different. when i reach 215-220 zone thats when i swap more to isolation and focus on controlled form etc anything below that u grow like weed from getting stronger in my experience
