I’ll do a couple more for you tonight. Great adjustment. Especially just by text instructions. It was back day too. Maybe a little chest and tris Sunday so I'll have to try it again.

Side chest
-same cue for the legs but also get some more weight on that front leg. I prefer to stand over them more, but that’s preference. I also prefer being more upright like you are as opposed to squatting like a lot of today’s competitors do on stage.
-up top, your front arm needs to be less acute, this is a side chest not a side bicep. Take that wrist down to near your hip and rotate your shoulder down and back so your chest is tall and proud. Bury that front arm against your side/lat. back arm is OK if it just follows the front on the cues above. Don’t be afraid to rotate a bit and show off the rear shoulder and pec but don’t let that rear arm drift from the body and show daylight. It creates a wider silhouette and that’s the name of the game.
I’m glad you’re able to pick up what I’m trying to convey. All steak and ice cream is graciously accepted. You're the man. You're instructions are pretty clear man, I can already see what I need to fix. This is a great resource and you're a great addition to bodybuilding at meso. I feel like I'm going to owe you some steak and ice cream.
