For starters I'm 24, 6' 175lbs and relatively lean. My diet has been pretty shitty for the last few months due to living in a hotel room but I finally have a place again and I'm able to cook, and trying to get my diet back in order. I'll be starting a 9wk sustanon cycle in the near future, and I'd like to get everything worked out before then. This is what I've been doing as of late:
I'm going to be starting my first cycle soon, hopefully, and wanted to get some inputs on my diet before i start.
6am - Protein bar upon waking
7am - Muscle Milk shake and 2 hard boiled eggs
9am - PBJ sandwich
11:30am - leftovers from dinner
2pm - Tuna (starkist lunch to go)
5pm - workout, Muscle Milk shake
7pm - Dinner...always chicken breast or beef, with veggies and some form of starch
10pm - sleep
I also snack on peanuts all day, drink plenty of water, and stay away from as much junk as possible. One thing I know I need to do is incorporate more fruit into my diet. Anything else please let me know. My goals for cycle are to put on some good quality muscle, and cut BF a little so I'm trying to eat as clean as possible. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
