I am currently on 400mg EQ WQ, Winny 50mg eod / 250mg sust per week. I do not want to get too bloated so that is why the test is so low. My plan is to lean out. I am not fat, I am 6'1 220lbs and can see all of my abs. But I want to get more vascular. I am almost positive that my diet is the problem. Can someone write out a simple daily meal plan for me. I want to put on some quality size only, and get more ripped. I train HIT so I am getting some cardio in there. I am acutally looking for a list of meals and when to eat them for a guy my size.
