Plateau on cut

I agree to do a few consecutive higher carb days and maybe this is minutiae but I'd consider like half that

Go from 300ish to 350ish for a few days just to gauge, because unless you get a Lyle McDonald Whoosh, just gonna reduce them again. The refeed is only temporary and definitely not a cheat week or even cheat day.

Or just be patient. You've made a lot of great progress already so congrats for that.
Thanks

How long have you been running Dbol on a cut? Seems like an odd choice.
Naw, small doses 10mg preworkout, just a touch, no water retention take the weekends off , BP is good.
Only a couple of weeks, almost at the end and want to keep what muscle is left before we go in the other direction.

Shout out to you guys for taking the time to respond and I appreciate the help, I'll do you proud..love this place learned more in a few short months listening to your help than I have in the last 3 years and 3 different trainers. Place is the best..

What were your starting calories? You're really getting low. Are you really hungry? I would maybe do a refeed and like other were saying try carb cycling. Maybe run a high day on legs or back.

just add cardio lol.you’re only at 25-30 minutes 5 days a week, this is like an off season cardio for health. Go up to 6 days a week. Add 5-10 minutes too.

How many steps are you getting?

Also please explain your diet composition. Training and rest days. Then it can be adjusted. Total calories is not the only thing that matters.

I agree with the other guys. Although Tbf idk if t3 above 10% is really necessary so like they said, need blood work. Can also use t4, if you do not use it yet; since t3 is harder to adjust.

Man, doing 30 min. fasted 5 days a week plus the 10k steps. Was thinking about a 6 day cardio, but I think I'm gonna go the refeed route and add some carbs and report back .

That’s fair, and a refeed can definitely get it back to moving. just don’t be surprised if eventually you will need to add more cardio after. Right now I’m at 40 min 6x a week, and will max out at 45 6x-7x if I need to before I take any t3. It’s pretty boring, but some people’s bodies at lower body fat will need it to get the extra bit off.

Ha,ha the worst part of cardio is it's boring, can't listen to anymore Dr.Mike or the.midge although I do like Dr. Jack who's not a doctor. Lol

40 min, now you made me feel like a whimp, guess we'll have to find more cardio time and better videos

Oh for sure bro, 40 minutes cardio is the point where you have to watch a tv show or some films lmfao and even then it’s a chore. Podcasts can go to some weird rabbit holes if you get tired of the usual stuff. Last week I learned way more about the Taliban and random tragic events in the Midwest than any normal person needs to know. But it beats eating less

the lowest absolute lowest i would guess is 20% from those pictures. theres no definition or veins anywhere and its hard to tell from the loose skin

okay, still good , knocked off chunk of my goal, thanks for the input, more work to do. Speaking of loose skin, any suggestions or does that take care of its self as I continue to cut.

On my last fat loss phase my cardio peaked at like 70mins. It was brutal but definitely got me lean as fuck

Looks like you still have a while to go, keep working at it bro! Getting to lean from 30% takes a really long time, just stay focused and you got it. It’s a lot easier said than done, but you did good work so far

Yep, thanks Slowww, hit the half way point.
I think when I started Bigdaddy said 12 - 18 months, 12 would be nice. I'm good with the journey, I've learned a shitload from you guys and let my results so far speak for themselves. Like I said before this is a great community and glad I'm part of it.

This stuff is complicated because while there are general guidelines, it's also very individualized, have to pay attention and be patient. The gear is fascinating to learn about.
