How many there guys find this to be a good site? The long head can really be a pain to get to. Going into the top of the outer head with a slin pin leaves no pip from what I've observed.

Oh yeah, I only meant 1/2 or 1cc
I know, Bostin's arm concerns me, but then again he hasn't always done things the safest way

Literally he talks about it in his video.
I shoot gear in my outer and inner tri once a week with a slin pin (1cc each) Definitely notice a difference in size after awhile in the outer head. Definitely some nerves in the tri's, though, so have fun. I've hit quite a few. About to go pin both tri's and a cc with slin pins in both bi's before tomorrows arm day actuallyHow many there guys find this to be a good site? The long head can really be a pain to get to. Ive not ever had an issue there with nerves.
1cc in each works best for me.
Noted. Ty. Sticking to glutes, delts, and quads. What's the point. Inflamed tris and bis look like shit and putting gear in arms = scar tissue. Worse than synthol. Plus you have some big ass nerve on the inside of your tricep that you do not want to touch.
