Therefore, there is no problem on the source's side and no issues within the source's control. Any technical issues causing access problems are something on the end-user's side or something on the internet infrastructure between the end-user and the servers. Also, it is possible the it is a block by the the end-user's internet service providers.

A VPN can be used to access the site with an different IP so the connection may follow a different path to the server, avoiding possible problems and blocks, allowing access to the the site.
There are free VPNs readily available online.

Why does it bother you so much that things aren't Basicstero's fault?
Do you want something to be Basicstero's fault?
Kinda strange bro.

Other sources are also experiencing the same thing.

Do you also blame Basicstero for other problems all over the internet?

Nonetheless, if you enjoy blaming Basicstero for everything, go for it -- nothing changes in reality regardless of how much bitching occurs on discussion forums, but I support freedom of speech.
Say what you have to say to feel like you expressed yourself and feel better.

So if you're trying to access the site, see my advice.

I have tried from the US via 2 different major ISPs with the same results, 502 bad gateway.
I was just successful a minutes ago with a free VPN and an IP in Europe.
Here is the free VPN I used The best VPN for speed and security | Proton VPN

I selected a country in Europe for my IP and it worked.
I saw a guy on another discussion sire mention that he used a VPN IP in Mexico and it did not work, but when switched the VPN to an IP in Europe, it worked for him too.

Here are screen captures of the VPN I used and the exact time I was successful at accessing the site.

I offered the information I have and a helpful solution that I found works for me to access the site.
I thought that's why we interact here, to help each other.

Please understand, I don't mean any disrespect or personal insult towards you with my following comments, and I'm on good terms with you and no hard feelings, but just stating the reality I see here...

Your comment was just bitchy and did not offer anything to help anyone.
There was nothing productive or useful in your post to help people.
My comments actually presented real information, such as the site status tool, and practical ways to help guys try to access the site, such as using a VPN to try different IPs.

So, while you bitch and critique my replies, like some armchair quarterback, I'm here putting in effort to really try to help everyone.

Which content do you think is more useful and helpful to others?
You're bitching and criticism towards me, or the real information and help I offered people?

See what I mean?

There is no reason to come at me negative and critical just because I offered help.
I don't owe you or anyone anything and your bitching at me didn't help anyone.

I just want you, and other guys, to think about that.
No hard feelings, and like I said, you're free to say whatever you want.
Likewise, I just want to communicate how it feels from my side.
I'm cool with you, not a big deal, and I'm still more than willing to try to my best help you if you ever need some help.

ok i apologize brother i didnt mean to come off like that, you always make me feel like im an a-hole
Like I said, it's no big deal bro, and zero hard feelings or disrespect intended.
Text like this makes it easy to misunderstand people or their tone / mood etc.
My apology too if I assumed your were bitching at me.
I'm sure if we were sitting at the gym together or having lunch at a pub, there wouldn't even be any misunderstanding and we'd get along great.

The site access issue is frustrating for all of us.
I only know what I have already talked about.
I contacted Basicstero and told my contact there about it; but, they don't see any issue on their end (I already knew that because I used that online tool to check if the Basicstero site was up, and I can use a VPN to access it).

Basicstero said they can try to look into it, but they would need to the know the IP and location of people having access problems.

I'm just worried that it is some block or ban of sites that sell AAS, by internet service providers or the government, because it affected other AAS stores.
But, it does not appear to be happening to the Pharmacom Labs official site, which is not a store.

Hopefully, that's not the situation and it is all resolved soon. Source's will lose a lot of business and income if it is some active block of sellers' sites. A lot of guys don't even know what an IP or VPN even is.

No offense @RThoads but I'm not using a VPN just for this. There is some kind of issue impacting basicstero, so hopefully that gets resolved.

No problem, no offense possibly taken brother -- what you choose to do, or not do, does not affect my access to the product.
All I can do is report what I see and what I read about from others, and try to help by offering options that I have found may let people gain access.
I think I may put together an overall summary or guide if the access issues continue.
Regardless of where you shop, I wish you all the best bro! :)

I found this posted on Reddit, where a lot of other guys are having the same issue accessing another very popular source.

View: https://www.reddit.com/r/steroidify/comments/1r6dge5/502_bad_gateway_access_problem/

I checked and that source's website is also up. The website is not down, just people in certain regions cannot access it with there IP.
Using a VPN to have an IP from Europe worked for me to gain access, just like it did for Basicstero's site.

A Good FREE VPN

Here is a good VPN that allows the end-user to use a different IP by selecting from various different regions.
