To the best of my understanding, the raw materials are produced in Asia and acquired from chemical suppliers in Asia.

Pharmacom Labs production facility has also been in Asia since I've been using this brand (so for, at the minimum, over a decade now).

This is what was recently posted on another very popular AAS discussion forum (see the screenshot below).

Some guys on various discussion boards have been asking if the international orders will be able to ship during the holiday, so I'll share the answer here. International orders will NOT be shipped during the holiday.
The holiday is a significant time there with festivals and a break from typical working operations across the country.

International orders will be shipped after the Chinese holidays.

In not sure what this means our old suppliers are back now and they use the same raw suppliers for 20 years does this mean they were using a different raw supplier?

I think it means they are using the same raw suppliers that they have used for 20 years. The same company they have used in the past. But, obliviously the batches of raw materials will be new batches, not some 20 year old batch.

Web site seems to be down
Store is down again
The Basicstero site is not down, but it is not currently accessible for me either when I'm using my local IP.

The Basicstero site works for me when I'm on a VPN with a non-local IP.
But, when I am on my local IP (no VPN) it will not load.
The Pharmacom Labs official site does load for me regardless of my IP.

This means it is not an issue with the Basicstero site or their servers, and it is not an issue with my network.
Therefore, it must be some technical problem at a point between us -- something not the source's control or the end-users control.

Some other link in the technology chain is broken between some users' IP (such as myself) and the Basicstero server.
Or, there is some block in specific regions.

Use a VPN to access the site with an different IP so the connection may follow a different path to the serve and the site should be accessible.
There are free VPNs readily available online.

I was looking around on other sites to see if anyone else is having this issue and I saw the following information on Reddit...

A 502 error indicates that a server (gateway/proxy) received an invalid response from an upstream server. In simpler terms: something between you and the website's actual server is broken—not necessarily your computer or the destination website itself.

Why It Works with VPN But Not Your Regular Connection

This pattern strongly suggests the issue is upstream from your home network, likely:

  1. Your ISP's DNS or Routing Issue
  • Your Internet Service Provider's DNS servers may have stale/corrupted records for that website
  • The routing path from your ISP to the website's server may be broken at a specific network hop
  • A VPN bypasses your ISP's infrastructure entirely, using the VPN provider's network instead
  1. CDN or Regional Server Problem
  • Many websites use Content Delivery Networks (Cloudflare, AWS CloudFront, etc.)
  • The CDN edge server serving your geographic region may be down or misconfigured
  • VPNs route you through a different geographic location, hitting a healthy CDN node
  1. IP-Level Blocking (Less Likely)
  • Your IP address range may have been accidentally blacklisted
  • Regional restrictions may have been applied (though this usually shows different errors)

I cannot access it
Now try accessing the site with a VPN so you use a different IP address outside of your region and tell us the result.

I appears access to the site is only affecting people in some regions.
So it is something other than the site being down.

To the guys that cannot access the site from there local (not VPN) public IP:
Please check your public IP address and send me a PM with your public IP and what region you're located in, such as country and state/region (it does not have to be very specific; please do not tell me your exact location).

For example, someone may have an IPv4: 52.172.154.32 and a location of Florida, United States.

Simply send me a PM titled "My IP Basicstero Access Issue"
Entred the information into this template so it's easy for me to send to my contact at Baicstero for them to investigate the issue..
