Sometimes the warehouse throws in free gifts when there are some blemished items like that -- its just random if/when there happens to be something extra like that.

and, did you get tracking before it arrived?
I just ask because that would be very fast for international, so I'm just wondering.

I have a few international orders including one from 11/24 that have not been received yet. I assume with the holidays international shipping will take 4-6 weeks.

I dunno when there shipper actually ships this stuff, because me and everyone elese ordering int from china ( other sources) getting it in 2-3 weeks

I placed my first order with you guys for some tren and test US domestic. It looks like you only have the INT.WORLDWIDE option now. How long does it take to ship to the US? My bloodwork showed good results with your test wanted place an order again.

I ordered from the international warehouse and had tracking within about a week I think, maybe just over that. I had a smaller order from 1 day before with just 4 vials since that was all that was available at the time, havnt received tracking for that yet, and then placed a 3rd order on the 1st while the sale was still going on and I had some store credit from the first two orders to get some
Extra test cyp just in case. - no tracking for that yet either. Couldn’t pass up the price and heaven forbid we ever have a test shortage (seems much more unlikely - especially since US pharmacies can compound it).

Not particularly concerned about the other two orders not having tracking info yet- have plenty of test and now have primo set between pharmacom and pharmaqo. Might make new years blast off day!

We wanted to let everyone know that we just released a new product called Jaros! The active ingredient is tirzepatide.

Here's a little info about tirzepatide:

Tirzepatide is a new type of medication used to help people lose weight, treat obesity, and manage diabetes.

It's a dual receptor agonist (GIP and GLP-1), which is different from Ozempic, which is an agonist of only GLP-1.

The FDA (USA) officially approved the drug in 2022 for treating obesity and type 2 diabetes. It was approved in Europe in 2023.

A double strike against obesity:

GLP-1 receptors get activated, which suppresses glucagon secretion, raises blood sugar levels, slows down how fast food leaves your stomach, which means glucose enters the bloodstream more slowly. It also affects the satiety centers in the hypothalamus, reducing appetite and increasing the feeling of fullness. This helps you lose weight.

GIP receptors are activated (this is the main difference from GLP-1–only analogues):it makes the effects of GLP-1 stronger and improves how fat cells (adipocytes) metabolize fat.

This has a combined effect:

The combo of two mechanisms in a single molecule has a stronger effect on blood glucose levels and body weight compared to drugs like semaglutide and liraglutide that only have GLP-1.

The dosage range is from 2.5 to 15 mg per week.
