I paid $49 for a vial of test 300 and $87 for a vial of tren e the last time you ran your eu warehouse back in 2022. Like that wasn't expensive then. Now it's just ridiculous. at least meet your old prices for eu domestic or close it down already.
Everything costs more today than it did in the past.
I think everyone knows this, but when it comes to our products, they act like fundamental economic principles no longer exist.
Most goods and services in most countries cost more than they did in the past.
Even more so in our industry because of the raw material shortage (even the international prices had to go up).
Also, the new warehouse is not in the same country as the old one; different locations have vastly different costs.
It is in a very good country for everyone's needs, but the location does have a much higher operating cost.
This is a business, not a charity.
Think logically about these things...
Do you want to make more at you job next year than you did last year?
I don't think you tell your employer "no thanks, please do not increase my pay."
Most people want to make more money each year -- that is the normal expected pattern.
Does rent in your area cost more this year than it did in 2022?
Most places rent is higher in the future than in the past.
Groceries, a car, gas, electric bill, etc. most things all cost more today than they did in the past. Again, this is the normal pattern.
Look at the stock market, I would like to buy some stocks today for the prices they were at in 2022.
Can I tell the stock broker this is my logic and expect to get stocks for half the price?
In my own personal life, I am having a hard time because my rent is double this year than what it was just a few years ago.
So, I decided to try to buy a new home, but the purchase prices for homes are all double than what they were a few years ago and I, like many other people (it is a housing crisis here in the US) just can't afford the prices.
Should I just show seller's real estate agent that the price in 2022 was much less?
Would this be the solution for me?
I'll tell the seller that back in 2022 the home cost $150000 less so I want to pay the 2022 price now.
Then everything will be ok for me?
They will think I'm joking or crazy.
My rent is double now than 2022, and the landlord does not care if I tell him what it was back in 2022, my groceries cost a lot more now, gasoline for my car costs a lot more, if I want to ever get a new car it will cost a lot more, all of my bills cost a lot more now, so I need to make more money this year than I made in 2022.
This is what it is like for most people.
This means I need to be paid more.
Materials cost more.
Physical location costs more.
Everything costs more.
So, the businesses need to charge more because the cost of doing business has increased.
My grandfather was able to support his whole family with a basic job and no one else in the household going to work, they owned their home and had a good life, on one man's pay.
How many families are like that now?
Costs for everything go up over time.
