I don't know an exact restock date for specific products.
All I have is the same information that we see from Pharmacom Support posted here, that in general there are restocks ever 2-3 months.
But I don't know if the next restock will include a specific product or if/when the restock will occur.
Usually there is an announcement when there is a restock of a highly demanded products or something that has been out-of-stock for a long time.

As for obtaining BTC, you can try services such as CoinBase and I think even CashApp may not have a way to purchase BTC.

Basicstero does not have an active European warehouse at this time.
Nonetheless, the International Warehouse does ship world-wide (I understand import customs may be to difficult or too risky for some destinations).

Basicstero does offer a discreet shipping option from the International Warehouse. The discreet shipping option may increase the chance of success.
With this option, the products will be disguised as some unrelated products (no mention of any AAS anywhere on any of the discreet products).
The discreet shipping option can be found on the address step in the check-out process (see image below).

I think the guys in Russia have used it and get good results. But I have never used it myself to be able to share any personal experience. Right now, I don't have any plans to run GH anytime soon.
Nonetheless, while I cannot share subjective personal experience, we have objective results with the 3rd-party analytic test that shows it is a good genuine hGH product with no dimer and no heavy metals.
