Consider using a personal wallet to store your cryptocurrency and from which you may you’re your payments. Please answer these simple questions so I can offer some insight or help with this situation (for you and the source):
Firstly, was this an International order?
or, was it a Domestic warehouse order?
and, did you get a tracking number?
This is important to consider: I completely agree there is a problem if it was a domestic order that took this long to process because you pay for a premium and faster service with a domestic warehouse.
With International, I suspect there may be a chance that your are making an incorrect assumption about the shipping process (let's look into it to know for sure).
This is confusing to me.
How did you determine that it took 12 days before they started processing the order (how do you know what work the warehouse may have done on each day and when, etc.)?
and what do you mean by another 2 days to process it for delivery?
I am not even sure what you mean by these comments.
When an order is placed, the status says "waiting for payment."
Then, when the payment is confirmed the order status says "order processing."
There are no other steps between this -- the order literally updates to the processing step as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Someone can only know his payment was confirmed because the status changes from "waiting for payment"/"payment being checked" to "order processing."
During order processing, there are no intermediate updates or other steps while the warehouse packs and prepares the order for shipping.
Then, the order status is updated to "Order shipped" after the processing step is complete, There are no other status updates between "order processing" and "order shipped."
Usually a tracking number is manually uploaded into the order details few weeks after the order has shipped. This does not delay the transit in anyway; the package is already moving in the postal system even if the tracking number is not yet available in the order details.
I agree that something about this situation sounds strange if it was an order from the EU Domestic warehouse (warehouse #3).It is an EU domestic order.
I can tell because I have the transmission king number. The shipping label was only created 12 days after. It then took 2 days for the package to be ready to be shipped.
I have also just checked and it's now only just been handed over to the postal service. So it took 10 days for them to hand over the package to NL.
I can only assume none of this is coming from the EU and the cost difference is just a scam because it takes the same amount of time as International

To the best of my understanding, Canada's postal system is not working because of the strike. As a result, I don't think Canada's postal system is accepting or transporting packages at this time.In Canada, are you still shipping with the Canada Post strike?
