Pharma grade hgh storage

Hi folks I tried to search for this topic, but I couldn’t find anything specific to what I am asking for.

When ordering Pharma grade Hgh whether it be Omnitrope cartridges or ngenla it has always arrived without cold packs. From what I gather, it can remain shelf stable at room temperatures during transit periods for weeks at a time. Once I get it, I immediately put it in the refrigerator of course. Does anyone have any additional knowledge or research of this topic?

These should help. Are you sure you actually tried to search?

Post in thread 'Hgh use' Hgh use
This seems for UGL hgh not pharma grade that already comes mixed in solution

Then there are preservatives and ingredients to help maintain stability at room temperature with those types of "pre mixed" , some others may give you better literature,

"Therefore, caution should be exercised when extrapolating stability data from originator biologics to their biosimilar counterparts, and product-specific data should be consulted whenever possible. It is important to emphasize that brand-specific stability data must be reported individually, as different products containing the same active substance may have significantly different stability profiles. This is clearly illustrated in the case of somatropin (recombinant human growth hormone). Somatropin products exhibit manufacturer-specific stability profiles at room temperature prior to use: Genotropin® GoQuick (Pfizer, New York, USA) may be stored at room temperature for up to one month; Norditropin® FlexPro (Novo Nordisk, Bagsværd, Denmark) must be refrigerated at 2°C to 8°C and does not permit room temperature storage before use; Saizen® (Merck Serono, Geneva, Switzerland) may be stored at room temperature (15°-30°C) with expiry as stated on the label; whereas Omnitrope® (Sandoz, Basel, Switzerland) requires continuous refrigeration (2°C-8°C) and does not allow storage at room temperature. These distinctions highlight the necessity of consulting manufacturer-specific data and avoiding generalizations across products, even when they share the same active ingredient."

"If your NGENLA™ (somatrogon-ghla) pen has been exposed to temperatures above 32°C (89.6°F), it should be discarded. This includes scenarios where the pen was left at room temperature for more than 4 hours, or if it was exposed to temperatures exceeding 32°C at any time. These conditions can compromise the medication’s stability and effectiveness."

I knew you would come correct, very nice , now we all know the correct answer, Refrigerate people

If one is using Serostim. Can you use the water it comes with if you are using the bottle in three days vs one. Or since it’s not bac water will this create issue. I know I read it’s for using the whole vial, but I didn’t know if you could possibly do it in two days or maybe even stretch to 3 days? Thoughts

Your best best would be to buy a bottle of Hospira BAC, because Serostim is compatible with BAC. the 4mg (12iu) vials include BAC water for reconstitution because they intended for multiple doses, good for 14 days after reconstitution, 15iu and 18iu include sterile water.

Refrigerated, reconstituted with sterile water it should be used within 24 hours after reconstituting. If there’s absolutely no choice, I doubt 48 or 72 hours would be likely to cause a problem if refrigerated, but I’d be extra cautious about maintaining sterility. Alcohol wipe and LET DRY before ALL penetrations of the stopper, from the very first, and defiantly no longer than 72hours.

It’s really better just to get some BAC and eliminate the risk entirely. Even if you blow off safety, without BAC any bacteria is going to quickly break down rHGH, since it’s a nutrient bacteria will eat.

Gotcha. I have been using bac. Was just wondering tho, I hoard things and I have all these sterile waters lol. But no way I’m using 18units a day. Most I have done is 9 and that’s a lot for me man with the sides. Do a lot better with 4-6. Appreciate the response!!

My seros say store at room temperature, so that's what I do with them. My genos, I keep in the fridge. My lobster goes in the fridge as well. Although, Janos test shows it really doesn't matter. I'm talking unconstituted, when I mix the water they go in the fridge always

Yeah those 15iu and 18iu single dose vials are set up for HIV patients with muscle wasting.

They need those huge doses to reach normal IGF-1 levels, to get some anabolism to grow muscle back.

Prior to reconstitution pharma rHGH is stable enough for a month or two at room temp(but still degrades). The reason they say keep at room temp is because they’re harder to reconstitute when cold, and you’re presumably picking up fresh boxes at the pharmacy every month so a couple percentage degradation won’t have a significant impact on effectiveness.

But chemical degradation, including rHGH is always slower at lower temps.

With all due respect to Jano, he’s a good chemical analyst, but his claims are based on limited methods and equipment that are incapable of seeing the type of rHGH degradation every Pharma company, and hundreds of well documented studies have proven exists.

NO ONE in pharma or science only relies on HPLC to analyze degraded rHGH. They use multiple types of equipment because there’s no single method that sees everything.

An x-ray will show a broken bone, but it’s not going to find a tumor.

Well we have a difference of opinions on this one. I'm gonna trust the manufacturer and follow their instructions. Thanks for the input
