Personal log from first cycle

I feel that

ive been listeting to lot of podcasts, i like think big bodybuilding snd unwrecked podcasts.

this guy, andrew berry talks a lot about contest prep and diet phases, lot of good info from it.

he talked about how its always push phase then slowing the process down and repeat. meaning that brutal push phases during cut cant be sustained for whole duration, its about tricking the body and it actually make sense.

even if i would stop for now, i think i can be happy with my progress. in 6 weeks or so i went from 20+ BF% to close to 10% i think.
(veins on abs, arms, legs, first few on chest, lats, traps...) and thats without any sort of cardio or increased activity level. just brutal kcal deficit and hard training 5x per week.

i maintained my strenght so far, except for strenght from anadrol but that wasnt mine. same weights feels much heavier and i do fewer reps on certain excercises but i fight every single workout to keep as much as possible.

he knows his shit. especially when it comes to tricking yourself into getting the most out of yourself performance wise.

yea he is very knowleable. experienced and he can explain it very nicely.
i like drugs n stuff with dave and blood sweat & gear as well.

unwrecked is source of info that i dont need mostly cause im not stepping on stage but its very interesting and im like sponge for
info. they have also very high quality of those talks.
 
pushday today

despite bad sleep & recovery and lot of stress from work, i had good workout.
strenght is hoďing on, i enjoy addition of military press on smith.

other than that its db flat chest press, angled flies, cables from bottom to infront of chest, not sure how its called.
db raises for side & rear delts, tricep cable pushdown, overhead extension and hammer strenght dip machine

very low volume in excercises but every working set is to muscle failure, often with dropsets for smaller muscles like delts and assisted/resp pause on bigger parts like back/legs. failing on hacksquat at 9 reps and 10 assisted is brutal.

accutane is slooowly workin, i wanna hit cumulative dose 150mg/kg, so roughly 12-13k mg's.


i love doin side lateral raises eith dumbells. i can still do 12-13 technical, controled reps with 20kg's, ussually followed by double dropset eith 15s and 10s with partials on both. delts are on fire.
