I wanted to share a blood test here.
In general, I’ve been running the same stack for 9-10 months:
I’ve been in a bulking phase from September to April.
What I’ve noticed over time is that my blood fat values have remained consistently high, but relatively unchanged. However, what’s noticeably higher and just outside the range are erythrocytes, hemoglobin, and hematocrit.
My FT4 went from 1.3 to 1.8 and FT3 from 4.6 to 4.1, while TSH remained unchanged.
Since April, I’ve reduced my calorie intake from 4000 to 2500-2700, and I’ve dropped from 97kg to 88kg, getting pretty lean, I’d estimate around 7-8% body fat.
Regarding blood fats, I just can’t seem to manage HDL/LDL, although when I was natural, I had HDL 44 and LDL 96, which has logically shifted, probably due to the Primo.
A bit about me: I’m 1.70m tall and currently weigh 88kg with 7-8% body fat. I do Push/Pull/Legs twice a week.
Generally, I can say that I snore much less at night now that I’m around 90kg, according to my girlfriend, almost not at all. However, it seems like my blood has gotten thicker.
Before taking the blood test, I always drink about 1.5L of water so I’m not dehydrated, although it might not have been enough.
