Peptide that makes you lock in?

Which of the 3 between MOTS-C, semax and selank would be worth trying first?

I'll order 1 now I will.
semax for me did not give me energy like mot-c. IMO totally different animals.

I did "feel" something slightly neurologically from it - kinda like L-theonine, sedative almost / focus?

but mot-c I feel nothing mentally but endlessly have stamina.

So, not comparable.

So I've seen a video recently of someone saying there experience taking adderall when they don't have ADHD and was saying how it makes them lock in getting stuff done.

Got me wondering now weather or not there is any sort of peptide or drug that does this?

Like specifically makes you "lock in"/dialed in
So imagine having ADHD & taking meds for it, and that actually makes locking in for the gym even worse. I didn’t hit the gym for two weeks because my focus was completely else where and the gym sounded and felt awful. Tried 3 different doses too.

Learned my love for the gym comes from my adhd and it’s hyper focus.

On meds. With a blank mind. Hated it. lol

did you get a text message tattooed on your neck
Yeah I did.

All my tattoos actually have a purpose to cover up any of my flaws and improve the way my body and face looks.

They all subtle on my body and on locations that only enhance my body aesthetic/cosmetics.

Like I have vines tattooed on my right hand that in the past people on a different forum said was feminine.

Well love and behold that tattoo helped me get into 2 relationships as woman love it.

I noticed a lot of woman get flowers or vines tattooed on there leg, so when I grab there thigh it's more romantic lol as it matches aha.

I don't plan on getting anymore tattoos now as I've covered everything I want to cover on my body to enhance.

I think you'd find a lot more useful information on the /nootropics Reddit sub. It's been there years and years, and they have guides that cover many nootropics. You could start with a simple Theanine and Caffeine stack (which is mentioned in their guide.. or was). You could also try Longecity, but I haven't been there in years. Ashwaghanda is not really a nootropic but an adaptogen. Maybe it has a nootropic effect for you? Individual response for noots is all over the board. I tried many, including Selank and Semax (and P21 when it was available). The only one that ever moved my needle was plain old Piracetam. Everything else either produced undesirable effects or (mostly) didn't do shit. For example of the former, Dihexa made me dumb(er) as a fucking rock for over a month. NSI-189 was another one that I felt was overhyped and in the end did nothing for me. Memantine was dangerous in my case and pushed me into an area of psychosis (as best as I can describe... it's not something with which I have any experience).

I used memantine when I was younger and thought it was supposed to prevent against neurotoxicity or something (people talked about it on BB forums in the 2000s). Was always a shitty first few days when re-starting it.

Check your TSH and T4.

A lot of ADHD like symptoms are undiagnosed thyroid deficiency, I recently learned.

Amazing what a small dose of T4 can do.

Coincidentally started optimizing thyroid levels, and energy / focus skyrocketed,

$3 for 120 days worth of 50mcg tabs of pharma T4 from India.
I spoke with my doc about this and he decided to have me try np thyroid 60mg. Luckily it's a med my insurance actually covers, lol. It's a mix of all the T's so we'll see how it goes. I can tell you in the 3 days I've been taking it I'm getting random boners for no reason throughout the day and that's something that probably hasn't happened much since my high school days. I'm not sure I've noticed any more energy yet but I've definitely slept really well the past few days. Not sure if it's related

I really wanted to like modafinil and armodafinil bc they do help me focus and stay awake but they do some weird shit to my body so I had to stop. First they both push my blood pressure up by around 10 points. And second, when I'm coming down from them in the evening or after a workout my muscles don't seem to want to work right, like my legs will occasionally get weak and have a hard time standing or if I flex my arm it's like it will freeze up for a split second and then continue moving through the range of motion. Like my muscles just were doing weird shit. I wasn't sure what it was so I did a quick Google search and came upon a reddit thread where someone was having similar issues after starting modafinil. So I stopped the modafinil and sure enoughi was back to normal. Tried it again a week later to be sure and the same crap started happening again. Could barely stand up and walk after a leg workout. Muscles locking up for a split second here and there. It's the strangest thing ever

Ever since I got a prescription for real drugs (bupropion, Vyvanse) I have never looked back at supplements. In hindsight shit was the biggest waste of time and money ever and they are a total joke in comparison. Honestly blows my mind that for the price of some GABA supplement or L Theanine off Amazon that has no effect on me I could just buy actual drugs from a PCT vendor that are 50x more effective and cheaper.

I think a lot of stuff is overhyped and marketed for the sake of sales. Honestly, the Nootropics subreddit is nothing but a shill sub for Ceretropic/Nootropics Depot. That's why they hide their moderator list. The owner of ND is actually one of the mods, along with his fluffer Majalisk. I spent a lot of time there but haven't been back in a very long time. I feel the same. I wasted so much time, money, and hope on so many compounds chasing chemical solutions for lifestyle problems (in my case). Funny thing is, Piracetam is an actual medicine, and it was the only thing that did anything positive for me.
