And may I ask two questions as a newbie.
How would you keep your Tirzepatide before Reconstitution?
And if you get 20mg Tirz, would you reconstitute it with just one ml of bac water?
Thank you!

How well does the 3ml vials fit in the container, I didn't think they would fit.I keep my peptides at -86c (-123f) in a small cryofreezer. The day before reconstitution, I move to a standard freezer for 2 hours, then the refrigerator overnight.
I use the intermediate freezer step to minimize thermal shock. I use a Mr. Frosty cryotainer to maintain a steady 1c / minute temp drop when freezing.

Tirz should be reconstituted to .5ml (50 units) for the target dose, ideally, No less than .1ml (10 units) per 2.5mg dose increment.

What about Tirz? Both are very stable as powders kept in cold storage, A year or more with very little degradation.
Refridgerated:
MT-2 is stable after reconstitution, degrades slowly over a few months.
IGF-1 degrades fast after reconstitution. Significant after 4 weeks.
Both will degrade severely in hours to days at room temperature after reconstitution.
I saw it described by a guy who dose a bunch of testing as “capable of surviving the nuclear apocalypse.” You can freeze and unfreeze it and not loose potency, and I think it was some incredibly small % lost after 3 months reconstituted. What about Tirz?
Can the BPC-157 and TB-500 peptides be injected in the same syringe? Or should they be separated? I know that some peptides can be combined while others cannot. Both are very stable as powders kept in cold storage, A year or more with very little degradation.

I've used GLP1's more than a month reconstituted with the same effect per mg. HCG also seems to stay pretty potent after a month.I saw it described by a guy who dose a bunch of testing as “capable of surviving the nuclear apocalypse.” You can freeze and unfreeze it and not loose potency, and I think it was some incredibly small % lost after 3 months reconstituted.

i read in here someone tested their tirz and it was good after 3 months or so. i used my tirzepatide from ssa for 3 months before tossing it in the trash.so ordering a peptide such as tirz for long term use it would be advisable to order both smaller and mid potency vials?
We're talking about frozen in powder form still?i read in here someone tested their tirz and it was good after 3 months or so. i used my tirzepatide from ssa for 3 months before tossing it in the trash.
i was sitting at 4mg before and now im at 2.5 to 3 with this new vial which is stronger than 4mg than before. it defiently loses potency i would say around 2 month mark in my experience

Yeah in the last deal SSA started their Tirz dosing as 30mg a vial. That thing will be sitting forever with my little current 3-4mg dose a week. The testing methodology is flawed. The most likely way degradation would manifest is filtered out prior to analysis.
But anyway, the rule of thumb is the less time any peptide spends reconstituted the better. There are so many variables with UGL it's impossible to say with any certainty how long a peptide will last. The most fundamental factor that determines how quickly a peptide will degrade for instance, PH, is completely uncontrolled and unmeasured.
If the price per mg is the same, all else equal, smaller vials are a no brainer. Ideally it would be one vial, one dose, reconstituted with sterile water (BAC unnecessary) and injected immediately.
That's the issue...as weeks go on your 3-4mg dose a week degrades. Who knows what you're getting by week 4,5,6. Could be less than what your body makes normally.Yeah in the last deal SSA started their Tirz dosing as 30mg a vial. That thing will be sitting forever with my little current 3-4mg dose a week.
