I wonder if you can throw in a couple scoops of protein powder or if itll fuck em up? Either way, they sound tasty AF lolThese things are killer!
1c Peanut butter
1c Honey
3c Oarmeal
Heat the PB and honey together on the stove until liquid. Then add the oats. Mix well and spread into a pan. It'll take an hour for them to set up and cool. I put mine in the fridge.
Sorry....no pics. I ate em all.

Well that's good to know. I figured heat would mess with whey.Probably OK as long as you add the powder last in the mix when it is cooler. My experience is that heating up whey to much gives a real bitter taste.
I may try these adding protein powder with some chopped nuts and diced dried fruit.
Know know knowChocolate chips are good too!
Know know know...We can't be eatin chocolate
. ...or can we
????
Wow!!! What a great post @rutman, gonna make these rt away. Any idea on protein, carbs, fat? Think i might add protein.
Thank you my friend [emoji4]I estimate the total recipe as @rutman gave to have:
Calories: 3154
Protein: 92g
Carbs: 433g
Fats:140g
So if you divide the batch into 8 pieces you get:
Calories: 394
Protein: 11.5g
Carbs: 54g
Fats:17.5g
I gotta quit making these things....they're screwing my cut up!Another (bigger) batch![]()

I did make some last week with Agave syrup instead of honey. It's pretty good that way as well, but different.
