Very low-dose Aripiprazole I'm experimenting with for anhedonia. Been a lifelong/chronic issue... late teens was like a switch just turned off. Just 0.25mg a day right now (made a suspension). It has actually moved the needle a little, but I'm being very careful with dosing.
Yea, maybe this isn't so much fun. Special-use case.
Legitimately happy to report this has been a great success for anhedonia. It's not stimulatory. It's not euphoria. It just feels like normalcy. Basic things like music and TV are more enjoyable, but the biggest improvement is a near-total abolition of procrastination. I've gotten more done in the past few weeks than cumulatively in years, and I just keep going. I just get shit done and move on to the next task that has been sitting in an endless limbo. I've settled on 1mg a day.
