MESO-Rx Sponsor PCT 24X7 "1 stop shop for all day healthcare"

Has anyone tried the new US based partner "The Anabolic"? Looks legit, seems like they are on top of their testing but just wanted to check. Also has anyone tried PrimoRel yet ? Can't find anything online about the manufacturer, just want to make sure the carrier oil isent EO

wrong thread

2 out of 4 packages landed today. Pretty quick turnaround, all things considered. I was lucky enough to get my order in right before this shipping fiasco started.

i had 2 tracking numbers sent the same day. both followed the same exact route, same reporting from parcelsapp, etc. one landed today successfully, the second stopped reporting early last week.

real luck of the draw type shit if one made it through and one got flagged. it’s still early, but when a pack that has been moving daily stops dead for a week. i bet something is up.

Had a package seized from another India Pharma source for the very first time. CBP sent me a letter letting me know they seized it because it contained Dayvigo. The package hasn’t moved since 8/18 so I suspected something was wrong.

The worst part is it also contained my Pitavastatin.

Get it prescribed..10$/month for DAY via discount card:)
Youre on Q, just tell your doctor you want to try it.

Quviviq was such a disappointment that I was just gonna toss the Dayvigo in a drawer.

But I was looking forward to the Pitavastatin getting delivered.

This is something I've been thinking about running after I get a look at my lipids post cycle. Would prefer to go through my PCP now that I am re-established. But seems like this drug is not as easy to get through that route.

Super easy via any telehealth. $29 via Sesame if you're a costco member.l ($40 if not). The prescrip will be covered by your health insurance and you'll pay whatever your standard deductible is for generic, or free if you're 40+ ". You can only get one 90 day prescription with no refills though, so no significant savings this way, You just call and say you're between doctors at the moment, used Pitavastatin 4 in the past without issue, LDL is "whatever", and they'll send it to any pharmacy. Takes 5 mins.

Still easier to just get it from India,

My buddy got it via Telehealth,, and the RN who gave it to him said she was a cardiac nurse for 10 years and never heard of Pitavastatin. lol. She looked it up and was impressed,

Be sure to mention that's what you want a prescription for in the notes, that you used it before without issue. This way they have a chance to look it up first, since odds are if they hear you ask for it they'll think you're making a mistake and must mean pravastatin.

The price that way sounds great. But the 90 day thing doesn't. I don't see it on the list for this source. Does it go no another name?

Also for a guy (off cycle) with an HDL of 39 and LDL of 100. Never taken a statin, clean diet, taking citrus birg, fish oil. Paternal grandmother started having open heart surgeries in late 30's, and I have a history of abusing my heart with iv meth use.

Would this drug be a good place to start to get cholesterol in order or would you look somewhere else. I very much appreciate the advice.

Pitavastatin is available as Livalo, Zypitamag, and generic pitavastatin.

In my opinion it's the best for that purpose. Super low chance of any sides, *uniquely* among statins it boosts HDL count and *function* (an overlooked factor, poor quality HDL is worse than low quality). It IMPROVES insulin resistance rather than reducing it. Doses are minuscule. 4mg is the top dose equivalent to 20mg Crestor.

If 4 mg doesn't bring LDL below 70, you can add Ezetimebe, another near zero side effect LDL lowering compound to lower it further. You can ask for that on telehealth as well. By the way, once you have a prescription bottle in hand, it's easy to come up with a story about how you got it (I got paranoid about all my relatives who died from heart attacks so called a telemedicine doctor to discuss my lipids) and any PCP will generally be willing to pick up the prescription from there.

If you tell them it's working well for you, they have no reason to object. Another doctor "greenlighting" a med eliminates resistance to PCPs prescribing it.

I've done this numerous times for daily cialis, oral minoxidil, finasteride, etc.

What was the last update before updates stopped?

This is great thank you. Much appreciated. Do you use a specific telehealth company? I am only familiar with drsays where I get my labs. They also have a telehealth thing that I have never used.

I have an appointment Thursday with my cardiologist. Going to ask for Pitavastatin and Ezetimibe. Shouldn't be too much of an issue as I'm 40+ and my latest lipid panel was... shameful. LDL at 174.8 and HDL at 25. Doc has been cool about prescribing what I ask for with BP meds, so hopefully this goes well. Unless insurance starts trouble and wants me to try cheaper, inferior statins first. That'll just add a few weeks as I'll just do the muscle aches and other sides song and dance I saw Ghoul recommend.

On a separate note, I had 3 successful TD's today from PCT24X7, two from India and one from the UAE. All three packs were shipped out on the 24th of August. I was confused as I got a bunch of tracking numbers from him via email, but two that arrived today were totally different tracking numbers that he never sent me. Hey, they got here, so no complaints, just odd. I was happy to see that 2 boxes contained healthy supplies of Cilnidipine, which is my only impossible to get prescribed med, so that's awesome. Now I'm waiting on 4 packs, all from UAE, that left Dubai on the 27th, with no other scans for any of them. Hoping for updates some time this week, I'm sure the holiday slowed things down a bit.

I like Sesame (but only if you're a costco member, otherwise instead of $29 appointments it's $45+)

The cheapest option is GoodRx Gold. Sign up for the $9.99 / mo deal. The first month is free. It makes telehealth appts $19.99. You can always get 2 prescripts. sometimes 3 from an appt. Cancel within the first 30 days if you want.

Remember:

Pick a female provider. They're typically very compliant with requests.

In the "reason for visit" notes when you set up appt write "Was previously on Pitavastatin 4mg (and Ezitimebe if you want a prescription for that as well) for high cholesterol. Don't have a current primary care provider and need a refill."

You're story is;

1. "I was previously on Pitavastatin 4mg for high cholesterol and it worked well for me. Other stayins causes muscle ache."

2. I moved here and I haven't chosen a new primary care doctor yet. I ran out of my cholesterol meds 6 months ago and am concerned about going any longer without it.

3. If you have recent blood test results just upload an image of you can (when setting up the appointment you can upload docs or pics). This is optional though, and not really necessary.

4. After they say yes Be SURE to ask for 90 supply or they'll default to 30.

5. Tell them which pharmacy to send the prescription to.

Don't get paranoid, I'm just going into hyper detail so it goes smoothly. No one gets sus over cholesterol meds. They're not drugs of abuse, and usually the patient has to have their arm twisted to take them.

As a generic (despite being a high priced generic), nearly every insurance company has dropped the preauthorization requirement for Pita.
