I started getting chest pain from Telmisartan, what should I do ?

Definately not a typical side effect. The only remote possibilities are excess potassium causing an arrhythmia that results in chest pain, or (if you just started it or changed dose) a sudden drop in BP could cause it.

Did anything else change recently?

I think you said you've had angina before, is that the case? (if it is I'd see a doctor for it asap if you haven't already)

can you describe the chest pain, there are some things that can help distinguish cardiac from non-cardiac. but if it is something new and persists for more than a few minutes, best to go get checked out w/ chest X-ray, ECG, and CMP/troponin.

telmisartan itself should not cause chest pain. in some people it can cause hyperkalemia but that shouldn't happen suddenly with resulting chest pain.

Everytime I tested potassium it was within range, nothing really changed I just pcted after cycle and started getting it so I went to do bw for potassium and it was fine so I resumed to take it but after 2 weeks I started to get it again, like I woke up and had chest pain and anxiety. I might try 20mg and see how that goes, without it my BP hovers between 140-150.

I usually don’t get it included in the bloodwork package I get so I have no clue how long it been like this lol. I did see eating organs can bring it up so I guess I’ll embrace my inner primal

Gonna add some of the deca and test ampules to order but wonder if I should wait a bit to see how the packages are doing getting through.
Part of me
Thinks that with so much back up this would be the best time then other says with it’s starting back up that they are thinking the same . What do you think? TIA

I really don't think anyone can answer that for you. Your personal risk tolerance is unique to you, and as far as attempting to quantify that risk and guess how the seizure rate is going to be impacted by the changes and/or added volume from the resumed shipments that were backed up from being on hold... well, it's too early to tell, so there's no real way of knowing. For controlled substances, I'd personally wait until a clearer picture emerges as to what the changes have done to seizure rates, if anything.

Personally I'd wait a month or so just to see how the tax situation works out first..but I don't really need anything urgently.
