@PCT24X7 PHARMACY I know you guys are working on a new design for the price list. Just one small request: please don’t make it alphabetical. It’d be way more useful if you set it up like some of your competitors at CosmicPCT, with sections like “AI” followed by all the compounds, then “Cardiovascular Health” with everything listed under it. Sometimes I look at your list and end up Googling half the items just to figure out what they’re for. Save me from turning your price list into a research project.

Yes sir shipping via UAE is little pricey but safer for bigger packages India post shipping is cost effective but can’t ship higher amount of tabs

They are indeed very cheap for creams (Tazret Forte, TriLuma, etc). Everything else overpriced and very limited selection.

Medication category/type as the larger sorting method, but alphabetical sorting within each classification of medicine would be fine for me. Everyone should know what type of medicine they're looking for, ie BP, statin, antibiotic, etc.. and then you just search alphabetically within that type. I think this would benefit people shopping for a certain type of med, who wants to see what's available for that type, but are unfamiliar with all the different options for medications of said type.

Not sure how much work it would be, but two lists, one sorted entirely alphabetically, and one sorted alphabetically by type as stated above, could be an option as well.

I am cool with the list as it is. It can change too and I will be OK. The way it is right now, it has forced me to do a lot more research, however this is a good thing as it has expanded my knowledge.

That's fair but again you're requiring every person to do this rather than the one-time categorization by one person.

I see this happen all the time in life. People don't want to take the time to make a one-time change and punish themselves, or worse others, by requiring extra steps every time a process is done.
For example, I have a spreadsheet where it would make it more functional and efficient by making some formula changes, format changes, adding a summary page, or linking to a database or whatever it is to make it save time in the future every time I use it. So it may be a one-time pain to spend the extra time improving it but you reap the reward of saving time with every future use....but no, I see people refusing to take the extra time now because they don't see the long term gains.

More detail than needed for this simple discussion of making a list more efficient but relevant nonetheless.

My personality requires that I make the most efficient use of my time even if at a greater cost now because the cumulative savings makes it a smarter move. I apply this to things in my professional life and personal.
It irritates some people, I get it... but I wanted to chime in with my alignment to the others that also suggested this change.

I mean, the price list isn't there for you to learn. It's there for you to order. There's nothing efficient about having drug categories if you already know the spelling of the drug you want.

Totally understand your point but why can't it be both? ..for ordering and to learn.

It's not my decision on if or how the list gets updated so it won't bother me whatever the result.
I don't assume people only know the drug they want and are not open to other options.
I suspect one might drive more business though if the list were set up in a way that had people researching a new drug in a category that they were already looking at or looking into a category that they weren't thinking of before.

I'm just making conversation more than anything. And I'm certainly not against people learning things. But I suspect most people who have access to this list just scroll down to nebivolol or testosterone or whatever because they already know what they want.

Yep I appreciate the conversation and I'm meaning to do the same. Sorry if I come across as short or pushy. Not my intent.

I really do appreciate the different insight because I didn't really think of the fact that the list works better for some the way it is. I like it when I'm made aware of an angle that I'm not seeing. Much appreciated!

Anyone have any tips n creams or possible meds that help with older melanated acne scars? I’m fairly white so when I get a tan or take mt2 they seem to get worse like when your moles get darker. That or any procedures that might help? There’s not a ton of them but the ones that are there are obvious they were acne at one point and turn into little melanated halo/circles mostly on the upper arms and anterior shoulders.

You could give GHK-Cu a shot if you haven’t already. I’ve also heard microneedling helps.

Can’t really think of any time I’ve gone “let me see what they have for AI’s” it’s just “let me find exemestane”.

I regularly peruse the list just looking up random stuff for fun.

Again though, don’t really care either way, I imagine it will be just as easy for me if it’s categorized.
