3x5 paused bench @ 305
3x8 leg curls +1rp
Xamrap weighted dips @ 4 plates +ds (3,2)
4x8 skull crusher
4x10 tricep pushdown +1ds
4x12 french press +1ds
4x10 reverse flies
Everything is feeling pretty strong. Squats are flying and bench isn't feeling too rough either.
