I'd like to think that a girl who goes out in public with shorts so short her ass cheeks are popping out is available in some way at least to the right guy. Just depends on if you're that guy. Guess there's only one way to find out. Finish that drop set of hammer curls and go talk to her when your looking all swole. Haha.

Except seen one the other day, quite a big girl, bent over in front of me and her meat curtains practically hanging out each side lol

Workout today was,

4x8 squats @ 375
3x8 paused bench @ 275 + 1 set of 7
3x8 pendlay rows
5x8 skull crushers
3x12 tricep pushdowns +1ds

I could tell bench was going to be rough from the start. Lol. I didn't really feel bad, but my pushing muscles must be a bit fatigued because the first set should've flew up and it was about an rpe 7. Oh well, probably just overshot my training weights by trying to keep my bench max at 375.

On the bright side, finally back over 200lbs again. Almost look more lean than I did a few weeks ago waking up at 190ish. Gotta love that juice.

3x8 db lateral raise
3x8 nautilus row
5x8 hammer curl +1rp
4x12 db spider curl +ef

Definitely going to do those spider curls to eccentric failure again. Just lit up my biceps
 
By the way @Perrin Aybara I remember when you were around the same weight you were doing heavy weighted pullups. What were you doing for weight? I was only using a 45 for sets of 8, last one was 8 at failure. I thought you were up to 100lbs or so?

The only video I can find right now is +90lbs for a set of 5 chin ups weighing around 210lbs. I know I did a heavy triple with 100+ can't remember if it was three 35's or three 45's. There for awhile I had a goal of a 405lbs total weight chin up, but never ended up getting there.

I thought you were a decent amount higher than where I'm at. Guess I have something to work towards then. Ha. Always wanted to push them for weight but never have.
 
I'm nowhere near there now. Probably the weakest I've been since starting gear at the moment with the injuries, cutting weight, and work. Once I'm finished cutting I'm planning a comeback.
And what a comeback that will be! I am sure you can do it and regain the size and strength you had before everything went sideways for you. Injuries suck eggs...

It's moderately sane now, only 40-50 hours a week at the moment. Been back to normal about three weeks. But we're one person quitting from being back to where we were.
