Good luck bro, your consistency is fucking crazy

His consistency is nothing but inspiring!

Had to not read this for awhile. Let me ego get me and tweaked my knee trying to be a big lifter like you guys here. Hit 465 for 2. Goal was 3 reps. And you know the feeling of when you know you shouldn't go for it but you do anyways... shm. took 3 weeks to heal up lol

Anyways man. You are killing it! Keep it up

Got the gym all sealed up. Not the prettiest, but she's all ready for winter now and has better lighting

Stylish and realistically all you need lol.

I need to get a preacher bench.
I'm starting to get a little vain about my front profile bicep thickness.
Might have something to do with me NEVER training biceps by themselves

Looks good

Yeah. I know what you mean. That's why I've been hitting up a lot of pullups, preacher curls, and hammer curls. Also trying to give my lateral head tricep a little extra work to see if that helps at all. They're roughly 17" cold right now. So at my height they look good for a natty, but considering I'm not I'd like another inch on them while being lean. Lol.

I will 100% Get totally smoked
I literally dont workout biceps ever lmao.

But I'm in for the laughs
I hit a direct bicep exercise maybe 2 or 3 times a month but plenty of pulling from back exercises. I think most of us will be surprised where you actually are. My guess is I can get 125 ish

I'll be surprised if I can get even close to that LOL
I honestly cant even gauge my bicep strength at all, considering last time I did straight curls was about a year ago.

do puff puff pass. CT fletcher bicep routine. Have a partner sit across from you and put 50lbs on the bar. Keep doing 10 reps each until one person gives up. Sorta fun if you workout with someone

Forgot to log my last workout.

Workout yesterday was,

X1 bench @ 335
3x5 bench @ 275
50 pullups
3x8 t-bar rows
3x8 chest supported rows
3xamrap SS db and band reverse flies
4x5 strict curls @ 110lbs

Think that was a post injury bench PR. Was probably about an RPE 6. Kind of sloppy form but still moved fast and smooth.
