Path to a 500 wilks

I mostly do touch and go unless I'm near a meet. Not shitty, bounce off the chest touch and go, I actually stop briefly, just not really long enough to be called a legit pause. Enough to stop momentum anyway.

Weight today was, 194.2

Workout was,

3x8 squats @ 72.5% (365lbs) (RPE 7.5-8)
3x8 bench @ 65 % (205lbs)
4x5 floor press @ 82.5% (260lbs)
3x15 pullups
3x15 reverse flies
3x12 lateral raises and upright rows
3x8 landmine curls
3x8 skull crushers

Decided to redo last week's workouts since I've taken a couple days off.

I'm a touch and go myself on bench. Ive done 3 point pause squats but found it killed my knees.

For what you are doing i'm wondering about the squats man

First time in my life I think I've actually been looking forward to squats. Lol. They're feeling pretty good right now and only feeling noticably more smooth every week.
Squats for me comes in cycles. I love em and look forward to them then there are times I dread them. Odd for me that it works like this lol.

Haha. I benched 3 plates before I squatted 3 plates. So I definitely hated them until basically now since it's my only 100% pain free lift. Lol. I'll finally have to see what these little chicken legs can do. Lol

That's one of the reasons I kind of like them. If you're doing anything wrong it will be exaggerated and you'll notice it instantly. Potentially a way you are sitting at the bottom or driving out of the hole is causing stress on your knees? I see a lot of people have problems with glute activation.

Im going through that now. I tore my leg up a bit and didnt do anything for 2 months. My glutes went flat. Now my ass is tiny and my quads are big. Im finding any squatting for some reason is killing my knees. Major blow to the lifting ego but what do you do

On a plus side I found a squat rack. Told the girlfriend she cant prk in the garage anymore as her side is going to be a squat and deadlifting area

Weight today was, 194.0

Workout was,

3x3 paused squats @ 70% 345lbs
x3 deadlift @ 87.5% (535lbs)
3x5 deadlifts @ 77.5%. (465lbs)
3x10 snatch grip rdl
3x10 t-bar rows
3x15 shrugs
X12-15 preacher curls
X12-15 overhead extensions

Finally got a new pair of lifting straps so I can get in some volume on deads without ripping my hands to shreds

Back in 2014 the first time I benched 315lbs and 325lbs (same day) I think my max squat was around 335lbs. I was mostly doing leg press when I first started lifting.

I've actually been trying to finally fix my legs a little bit. I already have decent quads from all the high bar squats, but my Hammy's and calves are pretty laughable. Lol

Wish I had the problem.
Calves are just silly on me.
I havnt trained calves in 10 years and they look like the belong in competition.
Quads are severely lacking

Workout yesterday was,

3x6 squats @ 345lbs
4x3 deadlifts @ 495lbs
3x15 Pullups
3x10 T-bar row
3x12 Shrugs
4x15 Cable superset bi's and tri's

Finally got to open the garage door during my workout. That was pretty cool. Ended up putting 100+ miles on the bike yesterday. Probably have to go for another cruise today. Ha
