Long story short:
I am a keen squatter..Not the strongest but I like it.
These last 2 months, every now and then,When I try to squat i feel a DEEP pain, like a knife cut in the right knee,on the side.I have NEVER ever had any kind of injuries and this isnt exactly chronic as it comes and goes.
I have no clue how or when it happen.
Any similar experiences?

I would use deca or npp for this, but I know these will just mask the pain for the time I use them.It isnt a permanent solution and my legs start to shrink.Really.lol

Sounds like cartilage or meniscus damage if it's "inside" the knee joint. If it's more superficial on the side, could be bursitis although sounds unlikely.

DO NOT force it bro. Injuries happen to all of us, and the time off will be dependent on the damage caused.

If the problem is with the cartilage, you're likely suffering from poor alignment in the knee joint which will cause abnormal friction and damage. Rooted in a muscular imbalance usually.

Bursitis is usually causes by overly tight muscles gliding over the bursa, eventually causing inflammation.

Need more info if you want more specificis.

my pain is right from the small knot
on the bone, of the cap..
It actually stiffens all around the knee
when I sleep or sit with leg bent, for too long

Careful of leaving a cartilage injury untreated... I'm only 37 with bad arthritis in both knees as a result of leaving the injuries untreated. Haven't been able to squat in years. Go to the doctor and get an mri if you can.

Hey have you tried using BPC-157 and TB500? 250mccg of BPC-157 subq in the injured areas and 2mg of tb500 a week for 6 weeks and then 2mg 1x a month (so the entire 2mg all at once) for maintenance.

It has helped me come back from a lot bad and horrible aches and injuries.

Go get it looked at, even if you have to make up a story and goto the ER. Say you fell while cleaning gutters or something. limp a little and exagerate the pain. x-rays for sure maybe even mri. at least referal to orthopedic doc. Get it looked at, before someone on the internet tells you to crush up advil and apply with DMSO to your knee and saran wrap

Proteolytic enzymes will help you heal and prevent future injury, you should google it and read about it and all the research that has been conducted... Especially good for athletes for whom their bodies demand superior performance The dosage should be higher depending on the severity of the injury and they must be taken on an empty stomach. That along with joint fuel as described above and msm is a great concoction for your knee.

Oh and yea! And definitely have it looked at and take it a little easier on your knee until it gets better and you know what's going on with it.

Try getting some voodoo floss and working that in 2-3x a day. Also depending on what the injury or pain actually is, knee pain can come from excessively tight hamstrings. Trying doing some lacrosse ball and foam rolling to the hamstrings and do some good dynamic stretches for them.
