OTC Diuretics?

Has anyone had any luck with over the counter diuretics? I'm mid cycle on test C and the only estrogen-type issue is some slight water retention I believe. I have adex, but am highly sensitive to AI even in low doses.

I've heard of dandelion on this forum, but was wondering if anyone has had success with over the counter diuretics.

Celery seed and dandelion root.

Celery seed is a little stronger than the dandelion root but dandelion root provides extra digestion support. Try either one.

Awesome, I appreciate that. I do have Hydrochlorothiazide, which is a prescription diuretic for high blood pressure. But I prefer to use something natural. I'll give both of those a try.

Let me know in a few weeks how it worked for you. Send me a pm. Always like to hear how different things work for people

I used dandelion root when I started taking MK677 for the water retention. I can't say it works like HCTZ or Lasix, but it was effective. Hawthorn Berry has worked the best for me. And, it may have benefits for kidney and heart health.

Been taking 2g of dandelion root per day and upped my water intake. It definitely works as a mild diuretic, especially the first week you start taking it. I guess I've gotten used to it now, but the first week it had me jumping up to take a piss every hour or so.
