I placed my order #22656 on April 26, 2025 going to checkout with BTC and get redirected to site where i scan QR code and pay with BTC, and after some time order is cancelled, i have Transaction id, Reference, tryed to contact BGPHARMA on proton, discord but no answer.
Does anyone have experience with this site ? thanks for help.

Use the respective thread or email you used to place the order, threads like this are most likely not going to be seen by the vendor

BG pharma is a very unreliable source. Lots of negative reviews. I do not recommend ordering anything from them.

yes, happened to me yesterday. paid by btc which was confirmed though his btc app. Went to order history on the website and said cancelled.

I sent him an email confirming btc payment and he corrected it and now say processing.

placed numerous orders with BG never had a problem and will continue to use his service. He's not the quickest especially if he's out of stock of an item you ordered. If your someone who wants your order fast and impatient then you should move to another source.

I just got scammed. After paying with BitCoin, it still said Pending payment. After a few minutes, I checked whether he received the money, everything was completed and the money arrived. Now it says that the order has been cancelled. Does not respond to emails. Perfect

Just quit buying online gear, you ain't built for that stuff. You buy gear you have no clue what the heck is and what reactions may have to your body and you blame the source (not even the maker), then you go into another source saying you got scammed in just Hours (?) after payment. BG hasn't scammed anyone here, yes he doesn't respond to all, yes he delays more than anyone here but scammer? It's a tough accusation, i hope sources know what a pita you are and refuse to sell you from now on.

I suggest to buy local stuff and don't bother with internet..

If he genuinely scams you and you can prove it then I'll be on your side and probably no one here will buy again. Till then have a little patience and don't throw accusations like it's nothing.
