I’m ashamed for the following message, but it’s best to inform everyone about it.
The last received batch of Cialis Unique tested with ZERO active ingredient! And unfortunately I was not aware of the fact that we already started shipping this batch.
Since yesterday afternoon, after receiving the results we’ve been busy full time to analyse which orders got affected. We received stock update yesterday evening and only the orders with Cialis Unique that were shipped in the last 2 weeks have received this batch with zero active ingredient.
We have already contacted everyone that has received this batch to inform them about the situation.
For every Cialis Unique that has been received by the affected customers, we will replace it with 100x20mg Vidalista + a Kamagra Jelly weekpack added for each Cialis ordered. These reships will be send out directly on Monday.
For Everyone that we were not able to contact directly, we will also reship the order and add a note in each parcel explaining the situation.
The strange thing is that the raws used for it were from the exact same raws delivery as in the Labtest shown below.

We will further analyse how this could have happened. There are still 3 more bags of unopened “Cialis” powder in stock which will be sent to Jano asap.

Nobody is infallible - mistakes can and do happen. What counts is how mistakes are handled and procedures improved upon.
I'm more likely to trust a source who is open about their mistakes but handles them well than a source who apparently makes no mistakes at all.
Was it purposeful by UP? I think this is what needs to be ascertained, because a zero dose, seems like a red flag as opposed to just an error. It's like takeaway box with a serving of chicken and broccoli, but the chicken ain't there, so they padded with more broccoli. Passes the "size / volume test" but you don't meet the protein requirements. And why hasn't opti ran it past janoshik before having it on sale, etc?

they put it on sale around the same time they put it out for testing, especially if the old batch is almost out of stock

I have some UP cialis from a year or so ago so I guess its not this same batch. It seems to work but def not compatible to pharma so I wonder if its underdosed or anything.

That’s a common issue with many underground labs .
A pharmaceutical Cialis tablet labeled as 20 mg contains 20 mg of pure tadalafil (base), which corresponds to about 29.8 mg of tadalafil citrate due to the additional weight of the citrate salt.
Some ULabs, however, label their product as “20 mg tadalafil citrate.” Since this refers to the salt form, not the pure active compound, the actual amount of tadalafil base is lower.
Because tadalafil makes up only about 67% of tadalafil citrate by weight, 20 mg of tadalafil citrate equals only about 13–14 mg of pure tadalafil.
The same principle applies to tamoxifen and other citrate salts — you always need to consider whether the stated dose refers to the base compound or the salt form.
Edit: The Janoshik test shown above states only “tadalafil,” which suggests that it refers to the tadalafil base. If that is the case, then the dosage appears to be calculated correctly.
