You Need to Test it After 4 weeks bro …

The idea that you need to wait 4 weeks before doing blood work is a half-true myth.
After 2 weeks, on a 400 mg weekly dose, blood levels should already be well above 1000 ng/dl.
I honestly don’t understand how so many people consider such low results normal on 400–500 mg/week of testosterone............
That is not natural at all.
I personally respond well to lower doses, and I am absolutely certain that none of the manufacturers I use overdose their products.
For that to be the case, there would have to be at least +100 mg/ml overdosing, if someone claims that 70 nmol/L is “normal” after 6 weeks on 500 mg/week of Unique Test E, measured 40–48 hours after injection.
On top of that, in recent years it has become quite rare for any manufacturer to overdose products at all — even +30–40 mg is already very uncommon.

Man just send it off for testing. Don’t need to go back and forth without real proof.

No worries, mate — I will definitely send it for testing, I’m not talking nonsense.
I’m waiting for the reseller’s response regarding what medium I should send it in and how to document everything properly so the test will be credible.
Saying that I’m making claims without evidence is only partially true, because although I don’t have a Jánoshik test YET, I do have blood tests for everything, in chronological order, exactly as I described.
I wanted to discuss this normally here, but then let’s go into the details as well.
By that logic, the Jánoshik tests posted here so far cannot really be considered solid evidence either, because:
The batch number hasn’t changed for 1–2 years.
There was only one instance of a potency difference between two tests, possibly when the oil became very dark.
No one has personally tested the Unique Test E oil themselves, so there has been no blind test — at least none uploaded here. I read the entire forum.
I found only one blood test over the past 3 years, among the very first posts, that could maybe be considered acceptable.
Madsen, although not the most reliable, does perform many tests. At the beginning of the year, Unique tested well with them — but the recently tested vials did not.
Interesting, isn’t it.
Honestly, there’s no real point arguing about this, because falsifying a test doesn’t require much effort. The manufacturer sends 1–2 vials with perfect active ingredient content, the reseller sends those for testing, while the rest of the vials may or may not contain anything.
Anyway, I’m waiting for the response, and I’ll report back with the results at the beginning of January.

Guys at a German Organisation wich send Tests in unique came back low too ,
Opti Should Post more than 1 Test ..
Thats incorrect. The last lab test at Madsen with unique with Test Enan was from
June 2025 and was tested with 261mg/ml.
I am using the products for years now and never had any issues with them. And did you now that blood levels are not the right way to measure if the stuff is real? I have complete different results when using GSO or MCT or Pharma sesame oil, same dosage and products (Test Enan, all tested by myself and Pharma is from Austrian pharmacy) but different levels. But although all 3 are working.

I’ve been using Unique testosterone enanthate for almost 8 weeks now.
After week 6, I went for blood work, and compared to the dosage used, the results came back unexpectedly low.
I am using 500 mg per week, split into 3 injections weekly.
I always do my blood tests at least 40, preferably 48 hours after the last injection, because that’s when I believe the most realistic, steady level can be seen.
A value of 70 nmol/L seems low to me under these conditions.
Earlier this year, I ran a very similar cycle, also 500 mg/week, and the lab I use couldn’t even measure the testosterone level because it was so high (estimated around 120–130 nmol/L). At that time, I was using oil from an English manufacturer who is unfortunately no longer active.
Last year, with 350–380 mg/week, I achieved 90+ nmol/L.
I always use GSO because I tolerate it the best.
Has anyone experienced something similar?
I know the obvious answer is “send it to Jano”, and of course I will do that — but I would like some guidance.
How should I send the oil for testing (obviously without labels, or possibly in an empty sterile syringe) in a way that is considered credible and correct?
Should I document the process on video, or what is the proper procedure?
I do not want to discredit either the manufacturer or the seller — that is not my goal at all. The seller has been very correct, and I have absolutely no complaints about them. It’s simply frustrating that both my friend and I stocked up, and we’re getting low blood test results.

Hello sir,
I’m sorry to hear about your blood test results. We test each and every restock at Janoshik and share the results here. Please send it to Janoshik. Please send 1 closed full vial and additionally an extra “blind” sample. We will cover the cost of testing of both analysis.

So then one sealed, almost original vial without a label, and one separately in the syringe?
This is what they call a blind test, right, when the manufacturer is not indicated.
(From the shape of the vial and the cap we can tell anyway that this is Unique — I’ve never seen this type of rubber stopper from any other manufacturer.)
A vial sent with a label is not a blind test.
