The peptide my friend lol
Touching back on this, I know it’s old sorry. Haven’t tried the oxytocin yet, it’s on the list. However, I did try PT-141 and got nothing out of it. But I have been using MT2 for the last couple weeks and have tried to be conservative on it, using 250mcg Monday-Friday and that seems to really be sparking my libido up a bit, nothing crazy but I almost feel like I’m starting to be back up there. The only downside is I do notice my freckles starting to show through which I don’t like because they take forever to go away on this shit. So I may lower the dose. But this has me thinking maybe there’s an underlying issue that the MT2 solves maybe you or someone in the thread has knowledge or experience on the subject? Or if the oxytocin has a similar effect, what would be the underlying issue there?

Got my IGF-1 score back for my latest blood panel. For some context:

- Started taking 2iu HGH on December 1st. This was from another source, but it was tested and accurately dosed
- Tested my IGF-1 on December 17th and it came back at 282 ng/mL.
- Bumped up my HGH to 3iu on January 3rd and started taking OptiTropin
- Retested IGF-1 on January 19th and it came back at 254 ng/mL

Surprisingly my IGF-1 dropped with an increased HGH dosage.

The other variable that I can account for during this time is an increase in my E2 which went from 54 pg/mL to 85pg/mL. This was likely driven from an increase in my testosterone dosage from 160mg/week to 240mg/week. From my understanding, E2 can cause the liver to not convert as much HGH to IGF-1. So with it being higher, that could be why my IGF-1 dropped. Has anyone else seen this before?
