Nice. I'm glad I got mine before starting (thanks to some solid people here). Mine was - 0.5Yes, +0.8 at Quest.
Also, I'm on 2 mg/wk reta. Going well so far too.

Reta should help with insulin resistance issues.Nice. I'm glad I got mine before starting (thanks to some solid people here). Mine was - 0.5

I’m running into the same glucose issue. Also running Reta and using berberine, increased cardio, and cutting off my carb intake at 7pm. Not much is changing that. My current coach is saying it’s nothing to worry about at lower doses but to keep an eye on it just in case it gets closer to or crosses into 100Same here. Running 2iu/day in PM for 2.5 weeks now and no persistent sides. The first couple days I woke up and my face/eyes looked swollen shut and I was pretty tired throughout the day but since then nothing I've noticed. Fasted glucose in 90s consistently.
90-100 is technically fine, right?I’m running into the same glucose issue. Also running Reta and using berberine, increased cardio, and cutting off my carb intake at 7pm. Not much is changing that. On Reta I was regularly upper 80s to lower 90s. Within 2 weeks of stopping Reta I’m in upper 70s. Definitely keep doing the things you are to stay below 100 though.I’m running into the same glucose issue. Strange that you dropped post reta. It should help lower glucose, not increase it.On Reta I was regularly upper 80s to lower 90s. Within 2 weeks of stopping Reta I’m in upper 70s. Definitely keep doing the things you are to stay below 100 though.
Thats my understanding of it aswell, very curiousStrange that you dropped post reta. It should help lower glucose, not increase it.
Only fbg increased. Unless I was eating 100+ carbs in a meal, blood sugar didn’t move post prandial.Strange that you dropped post reta. It should help lower glucose, not increase it.
What about your hba1c?Only fbg increased. Unless I was eating 100+ carbs in a meal, blood sugar didn’t move post prandial.
From my understanding, technically that’s okay because it’s below the pre diabetic mark. Someone else might want to chime in on this that’s a little more well versed. I was also told not to worry too much about the number you get when you first wake up because other factors come into play with your body when it’s waking itself up that cause those number to rise, and I agreed with that. The number that I’m personally most concerned about is the one before I pin gh. But I was told as long as it doesn’t go above 110 pre pin(lot of factors like meal timing can come into play like meal timing for instance, with this number), you should be good. Again, someone else smarter than me might want to chime in90-100 is technically fine, right?
Hasn’t moved. 5.1What about your hba1c?
I haven’t noticed my glucose coming down while on Reta either, and I increased dose to see if that would help. But I’m basically staying 90-93 while on Reta. I was at 83 before.Strange that you dropped post reta. It should help lower glucose, not increase it.
I’m definitely going to keep doing the things I’m doing and more if I can find options. Metformin might be in my future but I want to see if I can do other things first. On Reta I was regularly upper 80s to lower 90s. Within 2 weeks of stopping Reta I’m in upper 70s. How many mg of reta and how many IUs of GH?I haven’t noticed my glucose coming down while on Reta either, and I increased dose to see if that would help. But I’m basically staying 90-93 while on Reta. I was at 83 before.
