I'm not well versed in which peptides conflict with each other when mixed.
Those are good together. I’ve read that the tb-500 frag is a superior molecule but I’m not the most well versed bro-scientist. I used most of one of opti’s kits and it did seem to help with some nagging problems.
Talon is supposed to be pretty sffordable for scripted test… see if ur doc can send to a compounding pharmacy…
TB-500 frag was a god send for me. I got a kit from a different vendor on this forum to try it out for my hyperextended knee and my knee pain is 95% gone. For the first time in years I’m able to train with equal weight with both of my knees.
I’m gonna sound stupid here lol but is tb 500 frag different than tb 500?? Also what dose were you running it out that you noticed improvement?
The frag is a fragment of the whole tb500 molecule. I’m not a biologist but I think it saves your body from having to break it down and is more bioavailable? Supposed to be superior and also can be tricky to buy because not all vendors know the difference of advertise it and are probably just resellers anyway. I think the bpc is great and the whole TB is probably good too just maybe not as good as the frag
Use the search button on here, there is a thread/article about difference between tb500 and tb500 frag where tb500frag is better. I’m running it 4mg a day.
Glad your knee pain is working out for you. How long have you been on it and what is your dosage? I been using the bpc/tb combo for a shoulder issue the come and go. Just got my frag in yesterday. Going to give it a whirl solo to see how it does.

I have had great results on my shoulders with TB4 and BPC 157 2mg a day for each, TB4 2mg in the morning BPC 157 1mg morning 1mg evening. Both administered IM in the delt.
Yeah I’m about same time frame as you. I know he’s swamped from the sale tho so just being patient
Yeah I have been multi dosing mine as well. 2mg morning and evening. My issue is I’m a side sleeper and eventually I end up right back with some level of shoulder pain. I also believe I have a pinch nerve because of the pain/tingling/burning that radiates down from my neck across my trap down my shoulder and it runs the length of my bicep. I do some neck stretches which clears it up to about 90-95%. Then I ultimately aggravate it again and start the vicious cycle all over.
Yup. 2 orders in one is 15 days the other is 11. Longest wait in the past was 11. The 15 finally showed up that it’s moving, the other is still label created.
Well that’s a good sign that the longer one is moving. I’m sure they will all be moving soon. I don’t have informed delivery where I’m at in rural area so I have no clue on any of it.
Yeah I’m old so when I was a kid and wanted to mail order something I’d have to fill out an order form, go get a money order or later write a check, and snail mail it out. With luck in 6-8 weeks the thing you ordered would show up. And PEDs you’d have to get brave enough to chat up the paranoid angry guy with delts like basketballs at the gym and hope he didn’t think you were a snitch plus looked big enough to deserve helping, just to hopefully score questionable gear.
4mg ED close to the affected area. Started dosing 2 weeks ago, after day 4 pain was substantially less
