So these are peak levels? Idk too much about hgh markers.. Was this done for testing purposes or is peaks the standard way to track hgh levels?
Those seem pretty up there compared to reference ranges! Then I saw you were taking 10iu and it made much more sense lol
Yes this was for testing purposes I’m running 8iu daily…I only did 10iu IM 2.5 hours before blood test

Appreciate the response. Im not quite ready to utilize GH to its full extent right now, but im soaking in all the info I can for when I do decide to introduce it

#1 - You’re an adult so do what you want, but in the future I’d maybe think about doing this type of research prior to buying things you’re going to inject lol.
#2 - For my 40iu vials, I use 3ml of bac water. This makes 2iu for every .15ml. Or for you to start at 1iu, .08ml.

Really no reason to 'hop off' if you're healthy. That's overall very decent looking blood work. E2 slightly below ref range isn't an issue if you feel well. Only if you feel better on 400 EQ than 500 EQ than was it actually too low. Next time it might be worth checking a ECLIA isIf you don't have musculoskeletal aches and pains that make you feel like 80 years old, have good energy and libido, and your hair isn't falling out then you do not have crushed estrogen.
Most important things if you stay on perm-cycle:
Keep blood pressure very well controlled; the best blood pressure is the lowest you can tolerate without getting dizzy/lightheaded when standing up.
Keep lipids very well controlled; if you were my patient, I'd like to see your LDL < 55. Adding a statin w/ ezetimibe and supplementing coenzymeQ would accomplish that
Keep Hgb/HCT under control... yours is good. Mine used to run high but no longer using Naringin, taxifolin, silymarin, and telmisartan, it stays < 50 now.
I try to keep my e2 in the 20-30 range… over thar my libido and erection quality suffer.
I don’t understand all those telling people on typical TRT test to avoid AIs, because estrogen is so great. Yeah it’s good and necessary, but 20-35 is enough to do what it needs to do. More than that is just asking for problems ranging from ED short term to prostate CA long term.
Unfortunately unless primo or EQ are effective as an AI, they can be hard to dose as the pharma products are all full breast cancer doses where eliminating all estrogen is the goal. Some good UGL would be smart to make 5mg Aromasin tabs!

Few pages back I had mentioned that I had a bad kit of gold tops. First three dials mixed up cloudy - white, to varying degrees.
Opti was great and gave me a full credit for the gold tops, paid the difference to get another green top kit which arrived today.
Just wanted to acknowledge his excellent customer service here. I’ve only mixed up a single green top vial but it was clear and the testing was excellent. I’m probably going to drop to 4iu/day so those two kits will last a long time!

yessir ~30 is the average response from the quick & dirty GH assay with GH from other tested sources

My wife and I both ran it - worked well as expected. I had no problems but my wife got a rash in her midsection that wouldnt go away so she had to stop. Not blaming Opti's Tirz but Tirz in general didnt seem to agree with her.

This is highly correct. Just pulled my highest IGF-1 score I’ve ever had.
3iu from another source usually 2 letters and a number.
Naturally I have low IGF. So this is wild to me.
This was mid day around 12pm. I took 3iu at 7am
Estrogen came back @ 24

Reduction in IGF-1 is also a known effect of tamoxifen, which acts like estrogen in the liver (where most IGF-1 & IGF-1BP3 is made in response to GH), if not the breast.
Thanks, I’ve got some on the way. My first order from here. That’s one of the best prices I have seen by far. Also had pretty recent testing. 99% pure I think it said if I remember correctly.
