I misunderstood you then, I thought he didn't reply. Man that's really shitty. Gives me pause about future ordersHe responded and made it pretty clear it was my fault that this happened. I disagree obviously.

I was under the impression domestic mail required a search warrant for inspection/seizure and that the 4th amendment applies.Tracking shows that the package was held for mailability determination by USPS (seized).
If its leaking an unknown substance they have to remove and inspect. Requiring them to open the parcel.I was under the impression domestic mail required a search warrant for inspection/seizure and that the 4th amendment applies.

This is why even one parcel with shitty packing should be a no-go forever. Not a dig at anyone in particular but that is inexcusable.Little known fact, only First Class mail is protected by the 4th Amendment.
All other types, including Priority Mail can be opened for inspection for any reason without a warrant.
Even in the case of First class mail though, if it's leaking it can be opened to determine if it's hazardous.
As far as I can tell, more people have been busted by the police for steroids because of a domestic package leaking oil than for any other reason.
So much for "safer than International" .
I think most of this could be remedied by proper packing protocols. The shrink wrap plastic used to package vials doesn't work well because if the vials break, the glass shards will quickly slice through the plastic, allowing oil to leak out and eventually be visible on the outside of the packaging, leading to package searches. If there was a second layer of fully sealed, waterproof packaging that's protected from any potential broken glass, and is a sufficiently robust material, most of the shipping issues could be resolved.Little known fact, only First Class mail is protected by the 4th Amendment.

Placed a $600 retraglutide order with Opt on the 1st September. Promptly paid with Bitcoin. Reached out on the 9th Sept as I hadn't heard anything. Tracking shows that the package was held for mailability determination by USPS (seized).
Comms were good at this point. A bit of back and forth trying to figure out what happened. I called the USPS line but it was clear they weren't going to let it through without a lot of paperwork and me turning up to the mailing center. Neither of which I was going to do. Lines are recorded too so be careful what you admit on the phone.
Shit happens and I thought the address was burned or something so I say to Opt that I would write it off, but then I get two more packages with no problems.
I reached out to get a reship (as policy for lost shipments on Opts website) and made an offer (what I thought was a reasonable - 50% reship so $300 of merch). No response and no response to the follow up on this.
I'm pretty sure the bac water opened in the package and that triggered inspection before seizing.
Seller refused to reship under the policy so don' rely on that in my opinion.
Seller was not made aware this post would be made. Proof attached. Tread carefully amigos.
I believe Chris bumstead’s sister / Ian valliere’s wife got busted via controller delivery of a parcel from Canada.

My order arrived in perfect condition even had bac water and mines was unopened and I know my mailman is a dickface as I always we him on my ring when the mail arrives he tosses the packs on the floor like frisbees and my Pack was still good and intactYour post is generally accurate, however, there’s an important detail that you forgot to mention.
Your package (and only yours) experienced this issue, no other packages were affected. If any long-standing member or veteran wishes to confirm, I could provide evidence. Of course, any sensitive information would be removed, but it would clearly show that no other packages have had issues.
I am quite certain that the concern arises from your address having been flagged. Regarding the assumption that the bacteriostatic water may have opened, possible, highly unlikely. You have not received a package from me so you are unfamiliar with my packaging, so that is pure speculation. While plastic bottles can rupture, your order and the packaging procedure allowed ample space, which would make such an event unlikely.
I would also like to clarify that my reship policy applies strictly to packages that are lost or never delivered. This situation does not fall under that policy, as the issue is related to your flagged address. Several members can vouch for me, if a package genuinely fails to arrive, I have always resent the complete order and ensured the customer is taken care of.
I believe it’s generally understood why shipments are not sent via FedEx or UPS and are handled through USPS. However, in your case, the slight detail you forgot to mention is that the two additional packages you received were sent via UPS, not USPS. I do not use privately owned couriers. Given these circumstances, I would prefer to forgo the sale or reach an agreement on a partial refund, as I will not be shipping to you again.
Members are welcome to review both perspectives and form their own opinion. If any members could kindly share a brief post, perhaps a quick confirmation or note about any issues experienced since September 1st, when this order was placed, it would be greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
Opti
Addresses don't get burned. We know that from tons of experience. Domestic packs don't get pulled based on the recipients address either. That would require a search warrant for a mail intercept. And yes, I said they can be opened for any reason to be inspected, but that has to be for a reason, including random checks, not going after a particular individual's mail. A targeted interception requires a court to approve.
Something was wrong with the package. Probably leaking. Reta's not illegal in any case, and the notice of seizure for non mailabilty goes to the sender not the recipient, which is likely a fake address.
He's lucky this wasn't AAS.
nevermind. its good. my dumbass was just seeing the link on the page to go to the EU site. im retardedis opti US website down? mine is just showing the EU website and when I click the us site it says "page not found" I've ordered pretty recently and everything was fine so it may have been this way and I didn't notice? anyone seeing the same thing?
I doubt this.Addresses don't get burned. We know that from tons of experience.
