Any updates worth sharing from the green tops & gold tops members regarding the ongoing cloudiness issue? Different brands of BAC helping? Or is opti saying/doing anything in y'alls email exchanges to rectify the issues that it seems alot of customers are encountering?

Inquiring minds want to know.
I’m 5 vials into a kit of golds, hospira bac water. No problems yet

Yeah nothing happened with my gold tops I recently purchased and others reported no cloudiness as well from recent so maybe it’s user errors

I’d doubt user error for the most part..nearly through my 3rd kit of golds, have had issues with 3 vials from this kit specifically. First 2 kits - not a single issue.
Interesting. It's annoyingly very hit or miss. Have you had any comms with opti?

Yeah, a few weeks back. he asked me recon a new vial with a fresh bottle of bac, came out clear. Next vial, had some floaters. Went in circles trying new bottles of bac and it was really just hit or miss for this specific kit. There was no solution as I just stopped giving updates. I wasn’t looking for some sort of compensation when I reached out, so I’m not upset or anything. Just thought it was strange how I’ve only had issues on this kit.

I’m on my last vial and will be cracking into another kit of golds later this week. Curious to see if this continues.

Yah my first few golds in my kit were cloudy then they sat for a month in the fridge. They’ve been clear ever since( BBBG had a bro science idea that maybe the excipients had settled which made sense ) …currently using bac hospira (3 mls ) for recon and just cruising at 4iu a night on the golds . The optitropin greys are fantastic and were def nice to push past the 8-12 iu on a blast , least water retention or sides I’ve had out of any generic I’ve used ( no issues with those ) . Debating on grabbing a box of the greenies or grabbing more oils considering the current raw climate….meh.

I have been using blue tops from Opti the past month. They have been slightly cloudy with occasional small flecks when reconstituted with bac water. I use Hospira bac water and always 1 mL/10 IUs. I let the vial come to room temp before reconsituting with RT water. And I don't blast the pellet. And, of course, never shake it! Swirl or roll only.

Bac water usually has a slightly acidic pH around 5. I looked at the pH and excipients of Genotropin. Based on Pfizer's recipe, I reconstituted some other blue tops in PBS (pH 7.4) and PBS (pH 7.4) + mannitol + glycine (I used 50% of what Pfizer uses since I do not know what excipients are already in Opti's vials). All materials are USP and sterile filtered prior to use. The PBS and PBS+excipients vials definitely dissolve much more quickly than bac water. They are also clearer, but still subtly cloudy. And after letting them sit in the fridge for a day or two, there does appear to be wispy white threads in the vial.

I'm not sure what to make of it yet and need to replicate the "experiment" a few more times. Regardless, all vials when filtered are crystal clear.

I’m running blue tops got maybe less then a month ago and mines been clear weird I can reconstitute a new vial tonight

Yeah, I am guessing it is an isolated issue. There was someone on another forum saying they had a similar issue with blue tops around the same time I bought them, but many more chimed in saying they had no issue. While I know my way around the lab, I am new to HGH, so I am open to the idea that I am still doing something wrong. I have tried to follow all the advice I have come across on these threads.

I let hgh get to room temp, 10 mins. I use a 21 gauge to draw Hospira BAC and switch to a new 28 gauge for reconstitute. It maybe overkill but sterile. The 28 gauge is small so the vacuum pulls the BAC in slow and doesn't shoot too hard in. Swirl a few times and into the fridge to settle. Clear everytime.

Ok, thanks. I can try a smaller gauge. I've been using 25G.
